Ordered the French 75 from the bar but it wasn't like the usual ones I've had elsewhere. It was good but it shouldn't have ice and should be in a champagne glass. Had the Cobb salad; chicken was super dry but everything else about it was good. My guest had a club sandwich which he enjoyed. Service was good; overall it was good for a hotel restaurant.

This was a solid 8-hour overnight for us during a cancelled flight issue at midnight. The price is right. It's close by. It was very clean and very quiet. The lobby is nice and they have breakfast in their main restaurant in the AM as well as a shuttle to and from the airport. Issues - they don't give complimentary water and don't have any overnight toiletries or amenities for people stranded. As an airport hotel - they should have small items like this.

First time ever posting a bad review but had to considering what happened to us last night.Stayed here for a wedding- nice rooms, location and view. Loved our stay until last night. An insane person (possibly delivering food) got in our elevator. He started berating everyone in the elevator, yelling about politics, telling everyone that we were all the problem with the world. Kept rambling about McCarthy (?). He got physical with two different people (I was one) and tried intimidating anyone on the elevator. Police were called.Unfortunate but I do not think that it is reasonable to expect the hotel to prevent all crazy people from entering. However, the manager/staff's behavior and problem solving skills was the worst part of the entire episode.Mary M was the manager on duty and decided it was appropriate to get combative with the bystanders trying to get up to their rooms. Mary commented that we were drunk (we were coming back from a wedding so we had consumed alcohol) and seemingly blamed us for what happened. During the debacle a purse and cell phone was lost. I returned to the front desk to ask for the items and get the managers name. Viktor at the front desk commented "you are lucky the other manager isn't here." While calmly (considering the circumstances) trying to retrieve lost items and asking for the managers name, Mary came out and defaulted to telling me to go away or else she is calling 911.Two sides to every story, I'd really love to hear her side of it. Why did she feel it was appropriate to behave like she did to the people that were just trying to ride an elevator up to their rooms? Never complained or left a bad review in my life but also have never seen a staff member at any business display such poor behavior and problem solving skills either.

DISAPPOINTING for a Hyatt and we are Hyatt members. Why?* I asked housekeeping for wine glasses and they told me to go to the bar and get them * Asked the restaurant for two plates so we could microwave food and they gave us non microwaveable plastic. Physically had to go down a second time to get real plates and the manager begrudgingly gave them to me. They didn't fit in the microwave (which, by the way, is only on every other floor.)* Hotel would not give us a wine opener. Told us to bring the wine down from our room and they would open it. NOTE: Hyatt Regency in other locations we have stayed in would NEVER have done that. * Toilet took three plus flushes to flush anything down - no I am not exaggerating. On the positive, the room was cleanBottom line: My least favorite Hyatt ever, and I've stayed in many. (Has Hyatt gone down hill?)

$35 for salmon, rice, and asparagus. Rice was undercooked, there was a grand total of 1 (one) spear of asparagus cut into small pieces, and 1 very small salmon steak (4oz maybe?). All that after waiting an hour for the order to-go because they weren't seating people in the restaurant at all their tables. Do not go here if you can help it.

Quick getaway for me and the Hubby.Beautiful area near Dulles Airport. Clean and modern rooms with a large shower. Pharmacopia hair, body wash and lotion products available in the room(they smell delicious!). I love how the large screen TV can turn 360 degrees and face the bed or the sitting area. There is a Keurig, fridge, safe, extra USB outlets(for my many electronics) and a iron and board in room. My Husband is Old School. I hardly iron anything. I am the Queen of steam, wrinkle spray and shake it out. Sorry for those who didn't know I was a Chatty Cathy(or Talking Tina per my Brother). The bed was super comfortable. I had to tell it to let me go because it was hugging me tighter than spandex. Talk about some good sleep. I am here for it.Lots of areas for meetings and group gatherings at this hotel. Outside seating with beautiful lighted trees(that I forgot to take a picture of). Great breakfast buffet and service. My faves: outside seating with lighted trees, 360 swivel TV, under bed motion detector lighting and the digital time displayed in the mirror. You better push through modern technology!!! Many things to see and do in the Dulles area. Just a beautiful and pleasing space. I will definitely return.

I stayed here for a meeting in late March. My room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the sitting area that included a couch and ottoman. It was much nicer than just having a bed and office chair as options for relaxing. One downside was that the toilet and shower area of the bathroom was very small; I think it would be rough for a larger person, and definitely wouldn't be accessible, so I'd highly recommend making sure to ask for an accessible room if you use any assistive devices for mobility. The walls are thin, so you'll hear every time someone in an adjacent or upstairs room runs the water or moves around and you'll definitely hear their alarms. I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The in room coffee and mini fridge were nice touches. The meeting rooms were comfortable as well, but the wifi was somewhat slow and really slowed down during our Saturday meetings; we were doing a hybrid format which made it challenging for the remote people to fully participate. The food we had at breakfast, lunch and breaks was very good with nice variety. The fitness center is standard hotel machines and served the purpose of getting a short run in before meetings. Location is convenient to Dulles airport, but really not near anywhere to have dinner, anywhere to get a walk in or do anything. The Silver line (Innovation Center) is a short walk from the hotel, but be aware it involves walking along a road with no sidewalks or cutting through a landscaping parking lot and then, either way, crossing a fairly busy road with no light or crosswalk. There is a shopping area, Reston Town Center, two Metro stops away. Be aware, you'll have to walk through a dark construction site to get from the station to the restaurants and shops though, so I'd recommend going with a group if it's after dark. Metro ride into DC is about 1 hr 15 minutes total. We did that twice, and while slow, it was very easy and inexpensive. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient; just be sure to reserve your spot the day before you want to return to the airport.

The best part is the gym, the worst the buffet, they don't do your room daily, sometimes you need the service, they make food to order, I suggest that. Bar is adequate, if you've got att check signal in your room, I had none. Everyone is friendly enough but something needs help. Close to airport, big grocery store nearby- 8 min to rental car return Dulles -

Pillows are too big and stiff. Beds are hard. Toilet paper is one ply. 4 of us stayed and the automatic bed lights came on all night from using the restroom at various times all night. So don't plan on good sleep. The shower was nice and room set up worked well. As well, it was quiet.

This hotel is excellent. The whirlpool is good and the beds are very comfortable. Check-in was relatively smooth. My only knocks are wishing someone did not have to pay for parking and breakfast can be cheaper.

This is the restaurant that is used for Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency. Globalists get free breakfast included here. The service was good and the food was pretty good too. Not a huge spread but perfectly does the job. Buffet is otherwise $22 per person if not included. Restaurant opens at 6:30 which I feel is a tad late for an airport hotel, it should open no later than 6am or earlier if possible. Many get up really early for flights.

I want to start by saying the customer service amongst the hotel staff is excellent; however, the shuttle service is highly unreliable. Tried to take the 10:30pm shuttle on 14 NOV but the shuttle was no where to be found. Just a tip to help, be prepared to always call a rude share and not put all your eggs in the shuttle basket.

This is based only on the service at the lobby bar. The bartender is gruff to the point of rudeness. Won't be returning.
