Never order from here. Every time I place an online pickup it never is ready on time. I stopped going during their “estimated time” and even if I come 15 to 20 min later they never have the food ready. The food order is also never right.
Today I gave them one more chance to get to see if the previous 10 times Ive gone over the last few years may just be the day or time I order (weekends around evening mostly).
Not only did they not have my order ready they even said the system never received it. They tried claiming I went to the wrong location but I showed them the receipt confirmation online. All they could say is we will make the order as fast as possible, no explanation, no offering or guidance on how to get a refund. I truly never understand how this place can be so poorly run. No one wants already mediocre food made in a hurry after being implied you cant read your own confirmation receipt right and must be in the wrong location.
Im eating the cost of this bs and telling anyone who will listen DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION L!!!

I visited this location to order fish fry special to go from the bar. The female bartender was very perceptive and polite. The bar area was clean and organized. The restaurant was clean and well managed. I received my drink order and discussed the origin of the drink with the bartender, who was knowledgeable and engaging. I prefer this particular store because they make you feel like a local even if you're not. Food was good and enough for leftovers the next day.
First time ever getting food from Glory Days thanks to a Costco gift card special. It was really a disappointment in every category: wings had very little flavor, under sauced, overcooked, stringy, they forgot one of our four dipping sauces, we drove all the way back just to get the most tasteless blue cheese dressing I've ever had in my life... it was weird, you guys. Like four blue cheese crumbles floating in thick, flavorless cream. And to boot, it was so expensive, even with the gift card deal! My family could have eaten at a number of fast casual restaurants for half the price and gotten a much more enjoyable meal with a few fresh components (which were not even part of this meal). Heck, I could have bought a bag of freezer wings at that same Costco for a quarter of the price and we would've enjoyed it immensely more. I understand it was one visit, but I'm shocked this place has business. Very disappointed as we almost never eat out, and this felt like a really bad call for our rare treat.

Wish I could remember our server’s name, he was OUTSTANDING! Table of 7 people aged 15-91, he was on top of everyone’s needs the day after Thanksgiving, AND very personable which we really enjoyed. All the food was great, especially enjoyed the Friday fish fry!

Manager Robert and his team went above and beyond for our high school football team this season. They consistently showed up with great food, generous portions, and heartfelt service. The players looked forward to this weekly meal, which was always reliable and delicious. It's rare to find a business so committed to their local community, and we're deeply thankful.

Prior to today my rating would’ve been much higher. Glory Days in Herndon has always been one of our go-to’s for a quick meal with decent prices, good service & good food.
Tonight, however, ended all of that. My husband ordered the bottomless boneless wings and there was a LONG hair on his wings - IN the breading. I was so repulsed I had to leave immediately.
