Insufficient staffing. Literally sitting at the bar, 25 minutes since staff has checked on anything at all. Empty drink, food now cold, can't even get a check. 1 bartender scrambling like mad to cover half the restaurant plus carry out orders. Management fail.General comment they always overcook the wings into oblivion.Edit: 2 months later and no improvement. In on a Monday. About 20 people in the bar and about 8-10 people at 3 tables in the dining area. One person covering the entire bar while 3 people sorta hang out covering the 3 tables. Sat for 10-15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement so I just got impatient and left. There's no point with this place until they get someone competent to manage. It wasn't even that busy.

Ordered the Shrimp Platter to go tonight and received these nasty, over-breaded small shrimp instead. I've ordered the Shrimp Platter on several occasions and normally the shrimp are much larger, butterflied and lightly breaded, and taste good. Not this time.

Glory Days used to be one of our go-to neighborhood restaurants, but we've cut back on eating out. We always thought the food was tasty, with good sized portions and reasonable prices. Our dinner this evening was almost a total disaster. The chicken had great grill marks, but that was it. The chicken was overcooked, tough and tasteless, totally lacking seasoning, the steamed broccoli was straight from the steamer, without any butter or seasoning. The most flavorful part of the meal was the garlic mashed potatoes. We spoke with the manager and he took care of everything. It will be a long time before we return.

This used to be one of my family's favorite places, but unfortunately they took many of our favorites off the menu - fish tacos, grilled salmon on plank and pasta marinara. Ordered salmon with soy ginger sauce. They drowned the fish in this not so special sauce. Nowhere near as good as the previous salmon dish. Why mess with the menu? Margarita and lava cake are good. Hubby likes wings, but I'm not so impressed.UPDATE: will consider returning since manager said they can prepare some previous menu items on request.

Goto sports bar. Haven’t been as often, but usually can watch several NFL games on Sunday afternoon and enjoy lunch. Fast service even when busy.
nothing special here - food ticket times about 20 minutes - short staffed they said - fries were cold and greasy - lettuce on my plate had that “old” smell to it - would toss if at home - not a great customer experience-for a Sat night place was empty- 2 stars at best - will not go

Consistently bad service, the wings are no longer good enough to keep us coming back. We've been several times over the course of 6 months and service is just lacking. We waited 10-15 minutes for a server to even greet us, then the drinks took another 10 mins, appetizer came with the main course (which took another 30-40 minutes) and the server was never anywhere to be found whenever we needed something. Need to find a new wings place...

Ordered impossible burger, classic, nachos, and two orders of wings. Fries were stale, impossible burger and classic burger were switched. Actually served meat to vegetarian.Provided no remorse, no apology, no manager apology, nothing. Did not charge for either burger meal…we didn’t eat them anyways. Brought the bill back before the party was done ordering. Unacceptable service, this was a neighborhood bar/restaurant that many have built memories and families here. Do better, inspect what you expect from employees.
