We like to try new places to support local businesses and chose HPot. The web, menu, and advertising looked good, so we tried both grilled and hotpot. We ordered our usual favorites and eagerly await to be served. The excitement soon ended as the dishes came to the table. The freshness was not there, as shown with the attached photos. Then, the meat was tough and chewy. So we left the meat and went for seafood vegetables. Those were appetizing. We closed out the night with the complimentary desserts with canned fruits. Overall, it was an average meal that later lost its 3 stars along with the belly ache and waterybowel movement we both had as we races home.
