Tried this place out on a whim- wow am I impressed! This trip I just did the hot pot. Lots of options to have with it, with 6 different broth flavors. I did the Thai Tom Yum, a bit of a spicy and lemongrass base. Service was quick and I loved the ability to order dishes from the table on the tablet. Can’t wait to go back and try the bbq side!

The variety of food options is impressive — from marinated meats to fresh veggies and custom sauces, there’s something for everyone & everything came out fresh and fast. The atmosphere is lively and energetic — definitely on the louder side, so it may not be ideal for a quiet dinner, but perfect if you're out with friends or celebrating. What really stood out was the amazing service. Leggette was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in, changing the grill without being asked, and making sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, efficient, and really went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, great vibes, and top-tier service! Thank you Leggette!

TL;DR; Fly all around my food, see the video!! I visited your restaurant for lunch yesterday and was initially very enthusiastic about trying the various items on your menu. Unfortunately, my experience was severely impacted by a hygiene issue—there were multiple flies landing on my food throughout the meal. I found myself constantly swatting them away, but the problem persisted to the point that I had to abandon my meal and leave. At the time, I chose not to raise the issue with the waitress, as I did not want to cause discomfort to other guests seated nearby. However, on my way out, I showed a video I had taken of the situation to the host. Her only response was to shake her head, without offering any explanation or assistance. Upon returning home, I called the restaurant and spoke with Chris, who asked me to email the video, which I promptly did. I received no response from management, so I followed up with another phone call the next day. I was then asked to provide proof of purchase. After several attempts to resolve the issue and what I felt was unnecessary back-and-forth over two days, I was ultimately offered a complimentary milk tea and a $15 gift card for a future visit (for the record I paid over $42 for one person). Given the unsanitary conditions I encountered and the lack of appropriate response from the management team, I find it unreasonable to expect any guest to return under such circumstances. A proper resolution, such as a full refund, would have been more appropriate. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are taken to address the cleanliness of your establishment.

We had such a great experience at Hot Pot. The service was amazing. Special thanks to Isaac, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and very helpful with the BBQ cooking which made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. We came in as a group of seven on a Saturday night. Things were going fine until our server went to change out our grill and poured hot oil onto the arm and back of one of our party members, causing immediate blistering and second-degree burns.
We understand that accidents can happen in a busy restaurant. What was unacceptable was that the server clearly knew they had caused the burn and simply walked away without saying anything. When I called them back to address what happened, their only response was a flat “I know.” No apology, no concern, no effort to check if the injured person was okay.
When the check arrived, we noticed an automatic gratuity had been added due to our party size. To be clear, the gratuity itself wasn’t the issue, the issue was that it felt clear that the server didn’t care how they treated us because the tip was guaranteed.
The indifference and lack of basic empathy from the server made the experience completely unacceptable.

First time visiting this hotpot & BBQ restaurant and I was really impressed! The place is clean and spacious, with good ventilation so you don’t leave smelling like smoke. The ingredients are super fresh, the meat is tender, and the seafood is great quality. I especially loved the dipping sauces—you can mix and match to your own taste. The hotpot broth is rich and flavorful, and the grilled skewers are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, even helping change the grill plates and refill the soup without being asked. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hotpot and BBQ!

We were sat at the table and waited for our server for almost 7 minutes, and not once did someone say they would be right with us, or ask if we had been helped. We decided to just go elsewhere.
