Excellent taste

Customer service is very bad. We have to wait in a long queue as there is only one lady who takes orders and packs the sweets by herself.

Excellent tasting snacks and sweets. Only negative I see is using canola oil which is highly inflammatory and very bad for health.

During our stay In Virginia we happened to try this one. In a little corner, small place but the taste takes miles n memories to back home India. Taste was very nostalgic. Selling by weight would have been ideal as per piece I felt a little odd. Little pricey n the packing is pretty good. This gave us a Swagruha feeling n left meltingly delicious flavor in mouth. Peda, Kaja, Laddu n mixture we tried were all flavorful n authentically delicious. We also got few take away on our way back to Bay Area for our friends to try. Would say , a must try if visiting or living in Virginia.

Drove for 40 minutes just to get some authentic Indian sweets as advertised and got some crappy tasting stuff with stale oil smell.
Ariselu do not even look or taste like actual ariselu, pappu chekkalu, I don’t even know if the one who made them knows how they look like. They were like some flat potato chips and the prices were way higher for the quality they provided. Never coming back here or suggesting this place to anyone

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Jaysree Sweets. I wanted to order some assorted sweets but the specific assortment I wanted wasn’t available online. I called the store to confirm if they could accommodate my request after placing the order, and they assured me it was possible. Based on their confirmation, I placed the order.

When I called again to reconfirm, they suddenly said they couldn’t honor my request or cancel the order. I reminded them about the prior confirmation over the phone, and they then asked me to visit the store, assuring me they would resolve the issue. However, after making the trip to the store, they outright denied everything and handed over the incorrect assortments without making any accommodations.

The management was unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of accountability. They seem to take advantage of Indian customers by making false promises and not delivering on their commitments. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a smooth and honest shopping experience.

Cova Kajjakaya - best coconut treat I've ever had!
Kaja - just as good as Baklava!
Cova Peda - yum, fudge like (non-chocolate).
Muruku - I got a large bag to share with a group, a fun spicy crunchy fried snack, beats any chips.
Thank you for such unique treats!!
