I really dont understand why anyone would want to say this place has good food. I ordered a pizza and wings and it was basically as generic as you can get. Ny style was like bad dominoes.

I enjoyed their gluten free pizza. I never get to have Detroit style pizza anymore, and I missed not being stuck with a veggie crust, or worse, a salad. I appreciate that they clearly went to some effort to successfully prevent cross contamination. I will order from here again if I'm ever in the area.

They charged more for the tip than I wrote down on my credit card. When I asked to adjust it the employee laughed and said they can't adjust tips and walked away into the back of the restaurant.

Pickup order took forever. The person working the front wasn’t calling out the names of the orders so other patrons had to repeatedly ask if their order was ready. Deep dish was great, but I think they forgot the turbo crust. Won’t order on a Friday again.

I ordered delivery from Jets Pizza in Herndon for dinner, and overall, it was a solid experience. The delivery was prompt, arriving in under 30 minutes, even during what seemed like a busy evening rush. I went with their classic cheese pizza, and I have to say, the quality is there: fresh toppings, plenty of cheese that pulls just right, and that signature Detroit style crust that’s crispy on the edges with a nice chew inside. It’s hearty and satisfying, especially if you’re in the mood for something substantial. That said, I think my enjoyment was tempered a bit because I’m more of a New York style pizza fan: thin, foldable slices with that tangy sauce dominance. Jets’ thicker, square cut pies are great for what they are, but they didn’t quite hit the spot for me in the same way. Still, if Detroit style is your thing, this place delivers reliably. I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5 and might order again for their wings or salads next time. Decent spot for the area!

The pizza is fantastic; hands down, the best takeout pizza. I would also like to note that they were slammed and so nice to everyone coming in to get their order, working as fast as they could. Your hard work is appreciated!

Husband brought me their version of cheesy bread. It was basically a round pizza crust with barely enough cheese to qualify as “cheese“. To top it all off, the marinara they provided with it tasted disgusting. I took two bites and threw the whole thing into the trash.

Pizza was delicious. The only reason for the 4 star rating is the delivery was disappointing. I am staying at a hotel in Reston and I gave instructions on the online order of name and room number. The pizza was dropped off at the front desk. The delivery driver said he didn’t know the name on the order so it was just left there. If not for me calling the front desk and the restaurant about the pizza I would not have known it was delivered. A bit better customer service and attention to detail from the delivery driver is needed. The receipt that was tucked in the pizza box had my name and room number. The driver should have called to let me know the pizza was here, at a minimum!

Jets Pizza on Herndon parkway is some of the greatest pizza you’ll ever get!! Trust me on this. I had my doubts.. I had heard a mixed bag about them of positive /negative feedback. Someone told me their pizza is like cardboard but man! I was truly impressed with the Eugene Supreme and the wings are excellent! You need to try Jets NOW

The pizza here was just okay overall. It’s strictly take-out with no seating, which is fine, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark for us. My daughter ordered a NY-style cheese pizza, but the dough was surprisingly thick for that style, making it feel a bit heavy. The sauce tasted pretty similar to what you get from many other big chains. I also tried the Detroit-style pizza, and it didn’t match what I’ve come to expect from authentic Detroit pizza. The signature characteristics just weren’t really there. Not a bad place in a pinch, but not something I’d go out of my way for. The order took longer than expected and when arrived it was a tight fit inside to wait for my order, as there is no waiting room area. Be prepared to wait and keep checking in with them of your order is ready, as the system is poor.
