I’m not sure how they got a 4.0! But I’m sad because they closed the one in North Point in Reston. To me this one had better service than the one on John Milton. I walked in and there was a gentleman in front of me. He left the counter after taking his order and I stepped up to order. I was standing there and the person was talking to another co-worker and wasn’t even bothering to take the time to stop and take my order. At this point I was a pissed and just walked out. They definitely won’t get my business ever.

Have been coming here for about 2 weeks. Food is okay, however the girls working inside are extremely rude. I rarely leave reviews, but their absolute lack of customer service is something to be aware of if you’re coming here.

The sandwiches are not good they put bland chicken and a bit of pesto and call it a panini… you’d expect more from the bagels too but nope still bland and overpriced

I would love to have tried the bagels however it was after opening time (7 AM) and the people inside saw us waiting but didn't open. Sad.
Normally go to the Bobby’s in oakton but was closer to this one. Service was struggling. Coffee machine was broken which was fine but they didn’t mention it until I had been inside waiting for 20 mins. They were out of the bagels I wanted which is fine but I’m standing there, just ask about replacements. It was a 40 min wait for two sandwiches, 6 bagels and a cinnamon roll to go. They gotta work on this

If you’re looking for the perfect fall treat, the pumpkin bagel at Bobby Bagel Cafe is a must-try! If you’re in Herndon, don’t miss out on this seasonal favorite!
I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, which is over 20 years ago and I really need to stop. Even if you place an order online, they don’t have it ready at the time you request which has to be over 30 minutes from placing it? They charge $4 dollars for a tiny orange juice and seem to not be able to handle the flow of customers.

Look at the cute pumpkin shaped bagels! I saw this cafe on instagram, so I decided to check it out. Worth the 40 minute drive. I ordered an avocado bagel toast as well. It was so fresh, no wonder they take a little longer with your order but it was worth it. The cream cheese is so fluffy. The bagels are so soft. 10/10 I recommend.

Bagels are ok. But ok enough to wait 45 minutes for two toasted ones? Probably not. Seems like this is the usual occurrence here.

Bobby's Bagel Cafe has the viral pumpkin-shaped bagels everyone is talking about. It's just a plain bagel, but the interior is soft and chewy and it pairs well with their pumpkin cream cheese. Super cute and festive for fall. However, I noticed some little flies inside the pastry display and on their pastries while I was waiting to pick up my order. I liked the bagel, but I'm hesitant to return unless cleanliness improves.
The bagels were delicious!

I placed a large order a few days in advance for my Fall-themed open house brunch in Fox Mill Estates. Ordering online was easy and they had tons of great options from pumpkin-shaped bagels to muffins and Fall sugar cookies in the shape of pumpkins, leaves and ghosts. The pumpkin-shaped bagels were delicious and slightly sweet - they went well with the honey walnut cream cheese and the plain cream cheese. The guests loved everything especially the cookies which they could take to go since they came individually wrapped.

Bagel was very good and frappe was sweet but not too sweet, which I enjoyed. The muffin was dry and stale, wouldn’t recommend. Overall I would come again
