Liberty made the wedding cake for our wedding! It was DELICIOUS, GORGEOUS and complimented by all our guests!! Liberty has so many awesome cake flavors, it was hard to choose one, but the chocolate-chocolate combo we chose was perfectly rich with a lovely tartness running through from the fresh strawberries. Make sure to book them ASAP for your event as they are super popular!!

I placed an order online for both of the cake tasting boxes for a girl’s weekend and it was a huge hit! Every slice was delicious and we had so much fun deciding which ones were our favorites. There is such a great mix of flavor combinations and it was too hard to choose which box to go with-hence we tried both sets! The slices are a generous size and the ladies at the shop were so friendly when I picked up. They wrapped everything beautifully and even gave lots of ideas for our fun weekend plans. I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were amazing as well. We will definitely be back for more goodies!

Can Liberty Baking Co please be nationwide? Seriously - I don't live in the area anymore and I CRAVE their chocolate chip cookies. I'll admit, I do a lot of choc. chip cookie market research and have never found a cookie that comes close to what Liberty makes. They make a bad day good and a good day better. Don't sleep on Liberty's chocolate chip cookies. They have a following and for good reason! Now I'm drooling and wishing I had one to eat. Brb, planning a trip to Northern Va ASAP!!!

SOOO GOOD. The banana cream in the pudding-- outstanding. The brownie is so chewy and buttery. We had the thicc rolls and those were a BIG hit, and I ate the almond croissant bar with coffee in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed it ❤️❤️. We will definitely be going back to order a cake for our next special occasion. In the meantime though, highly recommend catching their walk-in hours to treat yourself to a delicious baked good.

I visited this bakery to try the almond croissant bar, which presented a unique, dense, not-too-sweet, and moist texture reminiscent of marzipan. The chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies were enjoyable, though they weren’t remarkable. The owner was welcoming and friendly, adding a positive touch to the experience.

We got our three-tier wedding cake from Liberty Baking, and we were absolutely head over heels in love! The whole process of working with Alison and her very professional team was incredibly smooth, from tasting the samples to collaborating on the design to the delivery of the final cake to our venue. So many of our guests raved about how delicious the cake was (ube and coconut cream and red velvet), and the cake design was exactly how I had dreamed it. We are already planning the next event/occasion that will justify a custom cake just so we can have another slice :)

When I emailed with a question about my order, Liberty's team took it over and handled every detail, including helping us load the cake into our car for transport to the venue, which is outside their delivery range, and above and beyond considering our small order! I have been a fan of Liberty's wedding cakes' beauty for a long time and and am delighted to report that they are as delicious as they look. Would highly recommend.
Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Alison at Liberty Baking Co. She nailed my vision for the 3-tier cake and got the colors and design just right!
The best part, though, was how delicious it was. We had two flavors: Strawberry pound cake with fresh strawberries, and Almond pound cake with bourbon salted caramel. Both flavors were to die for! I’m still dreaming about that cake, and so are our guests. Oh, and Alison and her team made macarons as our gluten-free dessert option. They were also gorgeous and delicious!
If you want a cake that looks incredible and tastes even better, I can't recommend Liberty Baking Co. enough!

Liberty Baking Co was awesome! They have so many amazing flavors to choose from that it was difficult to pick what flavors we wanted for our wedding cake. We decided on the almond cake with chocolate frosting and the strawberry cake. They were both so amazing during the tasting, but unfortunately we were not able to eat any of the cake at our wedding! So we decided to order more cake for our birthday as well. It was amazing. Would highly recommend for your wedding or next big event.

Delivery was smooth and catering was easily able to follow the cutting directions. The cake turned out even more beautiful than we could have hoped and was, of course, super delicious (we did lemon raspberry after trying the cake tasting box - highly recommend!)
