We ordered a variety of dishes and apps, no complaints about any of it. Pasta was cooked well, sandwiches were good, calzone was great.

Wanted to sit on patio but people were smoking.

RE your response "please let us know and we can resolve any issues".... seriously? What would you do... tell them not to smoke? If so... you can see them smoking and should tell them not to smoke before someone complains on Google (or simply doesn't come in your rest. because of people smoking... who knows how much business you're losing!)

Nov1 24 update... had Club Med sub... Omg it is awesome... I think that'll be my go-to from now on.

The only things here that reminded me of Italy was the painting of Manarola and the slow service. The mussels were not fresh and the pasta was overcooked.

I just received a call at 9pm several hours after ordering pizza about whether I wanted to leave a tip for the driver. The person delivered the pizza and left it on my front door so I couldn’t tip her. The lady on the phone was so rude and hung up on me while we were talking. I’ve been ordering from there for 10 years and tipping for 10 years but after that rude tone and late night call they have lost a customer.
