Ordered pizza on 2/25/24. It estimated an hour wait. 1.5 hour later, I called the store and asked for an update. I had to call 4 times in a row because each time she stated she would call the driver, then call me back. She never did. On the 5th call, she said to look outside. We live in a small apartment and the pizza had been placed on our step. No one knocked. The pizza was cold and not good. I called back and the person on the phone stated I would get a refund, but this never came through. Don't recommend ordering here.

Can’t even rate the food because it never showed up. Service is incompetent and couldn’t even contact the driver or the manager. Said to call back in the morning if it didn’t arrive. Ridiculous.

Took almost 2 hours to get ice cold food. Stay away and order from anywhere else. I used to get food from here years ago and it was good but this was easily one of the worst experiences.

I ordered delivery for a gyro and calzone and had a great experience. Food arrived in less than 45 minutes on a football Sunday. I was first impressed with my portions for the price. Really enjoyed my calzone, I got buffalo chicken and jalapeño and there was no shortage on toppings, filled with ricotta just the way I like and two tangy sauces on the side. I wish it were a little crispier but 9/10. My friend loved the gyro and I noticed it was packaged really well for takeout to make sure nothing got soggy. Would definitely order again.

the food here is egregiously overpriced. The pizza isnt bad. It’s pretty mediocre, but they are charging 2 or 3x more than other pizza places, and it’s really not justified.

It is difficult to beat $2.60 for a slice of REAL cheese pizza, and $1 Coke cans. REAL parmesan cheese in their cheese-dispenser as a Bonus.

Driest pizza I ever had. And very surprisingly still with raw dough in it, which we confused at first with melted cheese and eat couple slices. We both ended up with upset belly. More than 3/4 of delivery went to trash. Definitely would not eat here or recommend this pizza to anyone. Sorry, it was a very disappointing experience. And not the cheapest one.

Have ordered from this location several times over the last 10 years. We ordered pizza well done - it was undercooked and overly cheesy. Not a fan anymore.

The pizza is decent but the customer service is horrible. We’ve tried to give a few chances just in case it was isolated instances. Nope. Always bad.

Have ordered multiple times from the Herndon location. The first order was pretty good for inexpensive food. Ever since then the service has gone downhill. I do not reccomend ordering from here. The last order, the reason for this review, is because a third of the order showed up and that was it. $40 charged to my card for a cold pizza.

Pizza is really good. Service is good as well. It would be best suited if you could speak Spanish to be able to order pizza from here. I ordered pizza and attempted to order garlic dipping sauce and instead I got garlic sauce on the pizza and no pizza sauce. Pizza was still good. Just a struggle with the language barrier.

Not even close to NYC pizza, but it was a good lunch spot for a quick pizza. There aren't too many places to sit in the restaurant. They also did not have fountain sodas as their machine did not work, so they up charge you for the bottled or canned sodas they have.

I'm honestly surprised this location is still here. Maybe it's the bad luck of the whole shopping center? You walk in and immediately you get an eerie feeling. The lights are dimmed in the whole place so it's like you're walking into an alley way, the soda machine is broken, there's no food in the food shelf in front, there's broken cabinets...its the most unpleasing sight for a restaurant. The only reason I came was because our school had a fundraiser night but I am definitely letting them know to change it for next time. I was the only customer there. The chef and cooks were literally standing in the kitchen on their phones. The guy says ok 15 minutes. We didn't get our food for 30 minutes. I looked over several times and saw the same cooks just chatting and hanging out. As I sat there, there was only 1 other family that came in but they walked out as soon as they saw how bad the restaurant looked. 30 minutes for a pastrami sandwich, burger with just cheese and a baked ziti that I saw the guy dump tomato sauce on top. It was simple items!!! I didn't even ask for a pizza, the patty is frozen for goodness sakes. I have no idea why this location is still open. The one in Sterling is completely different..inviting, quick and good food. The people here said F it. I will 100% not be back and you should avoid it. You can literally go to Dominos for better and cheaper pizza or anywhere else really

I ordered a large pizza, greek salad with chicken, and a slice of cheesecake for my family for dinner. Thirty minute delivery turned into an hour. Pizza was cold, not cool or warm, cold. Greek salad was nothing special. The cheesecake on the other hand was missing! When I called the store, I was told "We don't have anymore cheesecake and I told the driver. I tried to refund the $5.00 but I can't do it because of the way their app works. You'll have to call them." Didn't keep them from charging me for it. When I pointed out that such an attitude was going to harm the business, he seemed completely indifferent. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want poor service and a large portion of annoyance with a healthy side of indifference. As for the food we got. Nothing special and certainly not worth the $51. PS The food might have actually been delivered a few minutes earlier, but I could not tell because they threw it on the stoop and ran.
