We called them to order from our room, but they placed us on hold and proceeded to chit chat with another customer without taking our order first. They never took our order over the phone, so we had to walk to the actual restaurant to order. After placing the order, the bar manager (who took our order) told us to expect a 20-25 minute wait. We ended up waiting for our food for over an hour. The food tastes good, but hardly worth the wait or the cost.
