review is not based on the people but rather the processes. It is clear they are focused on timer and to make their numbers, they ask you to move up even if you only have a drink and it causes traffic incidents and I almost saw an accident. I encourage management to focus on quality of service vice timers that inconvenience customers. This issues seems to be at all times when i order breakfast, and even dinner.

Never been to a worse mcdonald’s. With mcdonald’s sales having the worst decline since the pandemic started, you’d think they’d want the business! Alas, I stood there for ten minutes without being acknowledged, watched two employees look at me and scurry away. When I thought, “I’m in a restaurant, I’ll go wash my hands while I wait for an employee to notice me”, a woman scolded me like I was a child that I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom since I wasn’t a customer. Lady, I was tryna be one, and your rudeness was the last straw. You’re required to provide public bathrooms by the VDH and they need to be accessible according to the ADA. I’ve got time, so I’ll be filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection as well as the ADA. Anyway, I left after that and went somewhere that actually valued my hard earned cash, where I could also wash my hands freely.

Worst McDonald’s out there. Rude with no manners and have no clue what they are doing with orders. The guy looked confused when I got to the window. They give cold food and make you wait over 20 minutes. I got a 5 dollar meal and they got it wrong. Like put fries in the bag its not that hard.

So before i wanted to order something i want to use the restroom and the black old lady with glasses said no !
Not only once 3 times she said no !
I didn't order anything i left went to 7 eleven.........bad service before i even order anything........

There was a guy spitting in the corner the whole outside is wet the cashier was super rude and u have to ask to use the bathroom like this is school?? Awful place

Now, coming to the experience at this store:

One major issue I observed was with the restroom access. The restroom requires an access button to be pressed by an employee every time someone wants to use it. I found this quite inconvenient, especially when I saw multiple people having to walk back to the billing counter just to ask for access. This kind of setup feels unnecessary and uncomfortable.

The overall service felt quite dry—there were no smiles, no warm greetings, and no positive energy from the staff. It gave off a very indifferent vibe.

Additionally, I noticed that all the electrical switches around the store were blocked or inaccessible. It’s a small detail, but it adds to a sense of control that doesn't feel customer-friendly.

Overall, this store gave off a very restrictive and controlling atmosphere. It lacks the welcoming, open feel that you'd hope for as a customer.

I would suggest Panera Bread. I have visited lot of stores and found them very customer friendly and great environment to have food,meetings,chilling.

I had to wait around 10 minutes to pay at the register for a 5 dollar meal deal when I was next in line the cashier somehow turned 5 dollars into nine and said I was wrong after it showed 5 dollars on the screen where you ordered and she kept saying yeah but you made it large even though a medium is 4.40 so I just left and I’m never coming back. Ps Chick fil a better

Since when do you guys not accept doordash. 05/15/25 this is the date that I was told. This is a lie I just doordashed 05/14/25 so I know it's a lie. I also work at McDonald's you can't just all of a sudden not except doordash and the doordash company not know. I will be reaching out to HR. Lying to a customer is a disgrace. Also instead of being loud and rude about it maybe you should find a different job or get your facts right.
