Someone need to inspect the night shift workers, I used drive through and I pre ordered, the line was insane long and moving super slow, when they reached the second window I looked inside, punch of girls and just taking, I asked for the manager, she said her name Alexsandra, she was just standing there and judging her phone all the time and the people are just waiting.I see why windows and screens are broken in the drive through!

Ordered food from McDonald’s. I got my food and they forgot my cake strudels I ordered and my fries came out over cooked. I think my order didn’t get to me till 20 or 30 minutes later. The manger was there and had everyone complaining and he wasn’t giving any good explanation to any one’s questions. Very disorganized and I’m surprised I even got my food could have went anywhere else to get some burgers fries and cake.

it's a mcdonalds but I left a review bc the service is always really great here. I seem to get the same lady at the drive thru and she's always so nice and has a smile. I think only once have they ever messed up my order, and the fries are usually pretty fresh. Better than most mcds I've been

FIRE THE SPANISH LADY! She barely can speak up at all and got our order wrong every time. just laughed at us. worst employee of the whole industry goes to her. the food was also very cold.
Drive thru line can be into the streets and they will still have you have within a reasonable time. Line is always moving.
