This McDonald's location - where fast food goes to take a nap!
Placed an order via the app for curbside pick-up at 9:25pm. The golden arches promised nuggets and a chocolate shake, but what I got was a side of wait time and a McDisappointment.
After 40 minutes of practicing my car karaoke in curbside spot 3, I went inside to check on my order. Guess what? It wasn’t even made!

slow service, lazy employee... ordered 2 combos, nuggets, drinks etc...no fries, no napkins, no sauces or ketchup...asked for napkins...asked for ketchup (3 packs first time...) asked if my honey mustard was packed...she handed me 2 for a 20 box...this is after a nearly 30 min wait on a Mon at 330pm.
ps, drinks were wrong too...
I will drive longer for a better experience...Centreville Rd needs a wake up call...the girl taking $ was awesome...window #2 was inconvenienced...read full review
