Brit flying in for a week, stopped by before flying home and was greeted by Luis who gave me a complete overview of the menu, how to order, how the food was prepared with some recommendations. Served by Gypsie who looked after us well, food was quick, tasted good and generous portions. The venue was clean, tidy and had a great local atmosphere. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. I’ve travelled to south states a lot and had BBQ food often - this experience was on par. Would return again if I’m flying by.

The staff here is amazing. They are always welcoming and attentive. There's an African -American woman who is often at the register that is very friendly and it's great to see a familiar face often with so much turnover in a lot of places! That alone speaks to employee happiness and retention! The team here always executes in an efficient manner and corrects anything that is less than satisfactory!

I went to Mission BBQ a couple days ago. My first visit. I can’t say enough about how nice and hospitable the staff were. The lady behind the counter took the time to explain what the items were and how to order them. Offered samples even. And yes, the BBQ was really good. I had a sampler platter and they were very generous! Excellent food and very friendly folks.

I dropped in for some beef brisket, and the team nailed every dimension of my meal. The brisket was tender, the mac and cheese rich and fresh, and the customer service (special shootout to Ellie and Nathan) was top tier. This place is my home-base when it comes to consistently excellent bbq.

My husband and I stopped by this location for the first time today and I don’t think we have ever experienced customer service this genuine and thoughtful anywhere we have been. From the moment we walked in the staff was so kind, patient and beyond welcoming.
We were causally chatting with the staff and shared some good news my husband and I had just gotten and later on during our meal, the team surprised us with a dessert and a signed paper congratulations to us from the entire staff.
It was such a sweet, genuine moment and completely made our day.
Special shoutout to Shalette & Nathan - their kindness really stood out and made this casual lunch into the sweetest experience :)
