Ive been a mobydick customer for many years and I love their food, last week I placed a catering order for our company's staff, and the food was delicious, price is fair and customers service is on point. I spoke with the manager on the phone named Amir and he patiently explained to me the menu and what comes with each trey platters.
Will definitely order from here more often!

I had a wonderful experience at the Moby Dick House of Kabob in Herndon, Virginia. I want to give a special thank you to Amir, the manager at this location. He was incredibly kind and professional, and his customer service was outstanding.

The food was not only delicious but also very healthy and reasonably priced. I truly appreciate the effort of the entire team at this branch for providing such a great dining experience.

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy flavorful Persian cuisine. Five stars all the way!

Amir is extremely nice, understanding regarding misinterpretation of my receipt ! He’s very valuable for the company and I’ve been working in customer service for many years. Food is amazing too!

LOUSY SERVICE. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH.

The guy taking orders from the register this evening at the Moby Dick restaurant should be fired. He cannot communicate effectively with customers and he f you do not want to serve customers 45 minutes before you close, then just close your restaurant at 7PM. I have eaten at Moby Dick’s for years. If your restaurant’s hours are that it is open till 9PM, then you should be able to serve customers at 8:15PM. If you are not going to honor your opening hours, then close your restaurant at 7PM. Maybe your guy working tonight thought that this was funny, but you have lost a customer for life and I will never go back to Moby Dick’s.

I mean the food was decent but one lady seemed to be quick to think that I was stealing. I was holding a drink (that I just bought) as I waited for my online order to be done. As the girl handed me my online order with another drink in it, she took the 2nd drink out of the bag as she said “oh you already got your drink”, I said “No I have 2”. She rolled her eyes & smirked/laughed & said “no way” as she looked at the ticket on the online order. I said “uh I just bought another one” & she withheld the drink until she confirmed on the register. She didn’t say sorry or anything just said “oh here” & gave me my drink back. It made me feel uncomfortable like she thought I was stealing, a bit rude

Found plastic threads inside the rice. Very disappointing. I’ve been a regular here for a long time.

I have now eaten at Moby Dick kebab restaurant in Herndon two times a day for the last three weeks. Incredibly I have not tired of their delicious kebabs. I have been to several of the Moby Dick restaurants, but this one in Herndon is my favorite. Elizabeth and Rosa cook my kebabs to perfection. And Valeria and Sindi are so professional and nice. Valeria and Sindi always make my experience here fantastic. I have become very fond of the employees here and this is a very clean and wonderful eating establishment. I’m only going to be here for another month and I suspect that I will be eating each and every meal here during that time. I met the regional manager the other day and he was such a nice guy.. When I move away I will sorely miss this place and the friends that I made here

very disappointed in all the food but the hummus. the kobeeda had very little flavor, which was so surprising as it typically is so loaded with herbs. We also shared the lamb which had gristle and again so little flavor for that and the rice. use to be a regular at McLean and Herndon location but sadly will probably be our last visit.

The customer service of a fat boy is awful, he is rude and talked in a disgusting way to me, he thought I don't know his language when he told me Kooskhol, there is also a girl who is wearing glasses, she is also a rude person, so on other hand, the online order is taking too long as the estimated time, you may expect 20 minutes longer than the time which is shown on the app/web. it is really unprofessional and unrealistic. try to waste your money in a better restaurant with a better customer service.
