wish I could give this place a 0 star. Called at about 840 and asked for pearl milk teas and what seemed to be a teenage girl said they don’t have enough and only for one. I said that’s fine and asked for couple other smoothies. She kindly said we do close at 9 so I would have to be there before and I agreed. I call to tell them that i will be there at 855 and she picks up the phone with some attitude. She says “stop calling me I can’t make your drinks if you call me” I told her i’m going to be there soon and she just said “okay?”.I picked up the drinks and she just gave me an attitude as soon as i came in with a dirty look. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but she should watch how she talks to customers. The other Mr. Wish i by moms is better. This one sucks.

Goto the other Herndon one, better quality drinks better cleaner space and tables , and more staffed so shorter wait time

The drinks are delicious, boba is almost always fresh and the owner/manager lady is so sweet!

I wish they had a loyalty program because I come here almost every day!! Their bubble tea so good - one of my pregnancy cravings!

Came here to treat myself for a quick treat. There was only one person working, but she handled things very well. Made my waffle cakes and bubble tea very well. Would definitely recommend.

do not recommend going to this location. The vibes are off. They won't allow you to customize the drink, an overall employees don't seem like they want to be there or helpI

The buns arrived almost burnt and the order took too long.

The drinks here are bit expensive, we used to go get our kids their favorite bubble tea. They dont make the drink consistntly with good taste anymore. The drink is good when they freshly heat up the tapioca. Otherwise sometimes it is saggy, awful taste and waste of money.

To preface- this is for the Mr. Wish in the Lotte plaza on Elden Street- easily rising to become my favorite boba place in the area. The boba is always fresh!

Highly recommend the mango - it is extremely refreshing! Customer service is fantastic. My friend and I were first time customers and the gentlemen was very patient. He answered all of our questions on what has dairy and if substitutes are possible - he was more than accommodating. He even have us samples to try! They're located next door to H Mart and plenty of parking. The little pastries were delicious and super hot right out the maker. The tapioca pearls were also hot in the cup so I know they make fresh ones every day. There's seating on the inside and fresh fruit displayed in the front. It's very clean and definitely worth the visit. I will definitely be returning! Especially during winter melon season!
