The best Thai food in all the land. I fly in from Denver just to eat at Nunu’s! I’ve tried numerous dishes on the menu and they are all exceptionally delicious. Nunu is the most welcoming host and treats everyone that comes in like family. Our favorites are the lava chicken and crispy duck, but you literally can’t order wrong. Everything on the menu is delicious.

The heat level is milder than some other Thai places, but no worries—there's a great selection of hot sauces to spice it up. Honestly, it’s my favorite Thai place in Herndon!

One of my top recommendations for vegetarians and vegans! Dishes can be made without fish or oyster sauce if you let them know.
When they brought out our food, they confirmed that the dishes didn’t have the sauces. It’s a small thing but if you’re vegetarian/vegan, it means a lot. I will definitely return knowing I can eat here with confidence.
I highly recommend the crispy fried tofu and tofu with the red peppers entree. My partner eats meat and enjoyed their food and the portion sizes.

The food is really good. I came with 1 other person and I got a Pina Colada which was really good. My guest got Nunu’s Punch which just tasted like beer with more alcohol added (we didn’t really like it much) we got Calamari as a starter and when it was time to order main dishes we got one of the Pad Thai with chicken and a Pineapple fried rice with chicken. They give you a decent amount of food so we both just shared all the dishes. The pad Thai was absolutely phenomenal with the chicken. I also really enjoyed the Pineapple fried rice, it’s not like some other pineapple fried rice’s I’ve had where the entire dish tastes like pineapple. It’s basically just fried rice with pineapple, I actually liked how I could just eat some normal fried rice if I wanted or have it with a piece of pineapple. Some other places put pineapple juice in the actual rice which I don’t really like because then every bite ends up tasting like pineapple but the pineapple fried rice at Nunu’s had a really good balance of normal fried rice flavor and pineapple. I will definitely be coming back.
