Our visit tonight was absolutely wonderful. Starting from the arrival where they held the door for us and welcomed us in. Our server Edson, was so pleasant and charming as well as very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even wished me a happy early birthday when we were leaving. The food was amazing and came out quickly. That was nice since we were so hungry. We also had a visit from the manager Hector and he also wished me an early happy birthday and made sure that if there was anything we needed, not to hesitate to ask. The staff at this location are fantastic, we will absolutely will be back to visit again! Thank you for making my birthday weekend special!

In my opinion, this is hands down the best Outback franchise in the entire DC Metropolitan area. Whenever I’m in Herndon for lunch, this is my go-to spot. I usually come on weekdays around 2 PM, and it’s never overly crowded. I’m always seated right away, and the service is immediate and consistent.
Most of the time, I get the same server who also doubles as the bartender. I don’t know her name, but she’s a Caucasian woman with short hair and glasses—absolutely outstanding. She’s attentive, efficient, and really represents this franchise at its best.
The food is always hot and served promptly, which is exactly what you want. On top of that, the restaurant is impressively clean. I’ve been to other Outback locations where you’ll spot cobwebs on the lights or general neglect—but never here. This location takes pride in its appearance and service, and it shows.
All in all, two thumbs way up for the Outback in Herndon. If you’re in the area and craving a reliable, clean, and well-run Outback experience, this is the one to visit.

Very disappointed with the Caesar salad, which has been one of my favorite places for the salad. No bite to it, lettuce was yellow and old. Tasted like a cheap garden salad with bland dressing. Steak was just ok. Barely any difference between the $30 filet and the sirloin. Both were supposed to be medium but came out well done. Food in general, wasn't as good as it's been in the past.
Most of the food was not to the satisfaction of the name of the restaurant. Chicken tenders for my baby were too salty and she didn’t eat them. My other 4 orders were not enough for the price. It is pricey compared to the amount of food. Any way the service was good. But not happy overall.
