We had visitors with two small kids at home. We ordered Pizza (4 items: One Large Pepperoni, one medium veggie, one small cheese and bread sticks) for delivery on Jun5 at around 5pm. It turned out to be a Nightmare experience. More than two hours and Pizza were no where to be seen. We kept calling the Pizza shop and every time we’re told it was on its way. Both small kids were too much hungry and it was their time to go to bed. Their parents couldn’t wait any more and left with their kids for their home. We finally called up the Pizza shop and told them it was shame that our guests had to go hungry with no Pizza in sight. The manager expressed their sorry and said he was going to credit back our payment in full. The Pizza finally came but all cold and after our guests had already left. The real story starts after this..so, we found out in couple of weeks that they had not credited even a penny back to our account. We called them and the same manager said he cannot credit back the money but can give us equivalent items next time when we place order. Even though we told them that that was not what they had promised to do earlier but we agreed to accept their offer anyways. Guess what, when we called up to order the items in couple of weeks, they only gave one medium veggie pizza and one small cheese pizza! Their stock answer was “that’s what they can give..take it or reject it”. When we said it’s not fair, their one stock RUDE answer was “Deal with it”!!

I always thought they had good sauce that complimented the toppings. I've not been here in years bc of the competition, that came into the area. I saw the commercial for the Shaq pie, and I had to try it out. Because I had the honor or eye connecting with him years ago, lol The service was good, the pizza was loaded with peps, so every bite had at least one if not two or three peps, thank you! I prefer my crust as thin as possible and crisp (well done!). It missed the mark, but no issues that's what toaster ovens are for! Thank you for the excellent price, it definitely called me to try them again! I'll go back and i recommend them. My thought they should bring in the old world peps!

I sent a doordash to pick up my food and soda, the soda came without gas and seems to have been manipulated, the delivery man said to change it and they didn't want to.

quality improved within the last year or so. this location has been average compared to other papa johns locations i used to order from across the US (ive moved a lot). I still order occasionally cause i love PJ. But within the last year or so there's been a big increase in the quality ive gotten from here. an increase that made me write this review. I've been loving the pizzas here lately. If the team made a recent change, I really appreciate it.

Normally they’ve been great. However, the last two orders: 1) Incorrect order and delivered by DoorDash. 2) Correct order but again, DoorDash. It takes longer and the drivers (no fault of their own) don’t have the pizza bags to keep things hot. They’ve arrived warm at best. They need to go back to delivering their own product. I’ll give them one more chance

Ordered one large garden fresh pizza, paid the full price since didn’t have any coupons or anything. Asked for red crushed paper and they charged 9 cents for each crushed red paper. If they charged me extra dollar for $22 pizza i would not mind. You charge for red crush paper? You freaking kidding me? If that cheap i dont trust what kind of cheap stuff they put in my pizza. Never going back
Never been disappointed at any Papa John’s. This place is quite convenient for takeaways as the parking is easy. You can’t eat inside. Quality of the pizza was great, love it. Stopped there by chance, did not have to wait too long (10mn max).

The pizza was on par but the service was messed up.They literally messed up 3 orders in front of me. Glad my order was alright but the combination of staff seemed incompetent.

Roy made my pizza at Papa John's pizza and it was amazing! The crust was just right—crispy on the outside, soft inside. Toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the sauce had a tasty kick. Cheese was gooey perfection. Roy made it quick, and his customer service made it even better. Roy nailed it! keep doing what your doing your killing it ???
