I had a great experience at the Papa John’s on Elden Street. At first, my order was mixed up, but when I let them know, Alex immediately offered to make me a new one without hesitation. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and Alex made sure I left happy. Excellent customer service and tasty food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I always thought they had good sauce that complimented the toppings. I've not been here in years bc of the competition, that came into the area. I saw the commercial for the Shaq pie, and I had to try it out. Because I had the honor or eye connecting with him years ago, lol The service was good, the pizza was loaded with peps, so every bite had at least one if not two or three peps, thank you! quality improved within the last year or so. this location has been average compared to other papa johns locations i used to order from across the US (ive moved a lot). I still order occasionally cause i love PJ. But within the last year or so there's been a big increase in the quality ive gotten from here. an increase that made me write this review. I've been loving the pizzas here lately. If the team made a recent change, I really appreciate it.
