Plenty of food. Biryani was good but beware of the spice; some won’t be able to take it. The atmosphere was somber and uninviting. Takeout would be a better option.

Absolutely loved Biryani Pointe! The Ulavacharu Mutton Biryani was rich and flavorful, with super tender meat. I also tried the Ulavacharu Paneer Biryani and it was just as amazing — perfect for vegetarians. The staff were super friendly, and the service was quick and welcoming. Definitely one of the best biryani spots around. Highly recommend!

Average Biryani Experience with Good Service

I recently visited Paradise Biryani Pointe hoping for a fantastic biryani experience, but unfortunately, it was a bit average overall.
I ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani, and while the portion was decent, I found it to be quite dry and the flavor was just okay, especially considering the high recommendations I'd heard. It didn't quite live up to my expectations for a truly authentic biryani. The Gulab Jamun I had for dessert was decent, nothing spectacular but satisfying enough.
On the positive side, the ambiance was both cozy and lively, making for a pleasant setting. The service was a definite highlight – friendly and attentive staff made the experience more enjoyable.
My main concern was the value for money. For the quality of the food, particularly the biryani, I felt it was a bit expensive. While the service and atmosphere were good, the main dish didn't quite justify the price.
I'd say if you're looking for a cozy and lively spot with good service, it might be worth a try, but perhaps manage your expectations for the biryani itself.

I had the pleasure of trying Chintha Chiguru Goat Biryani, and it instantly reminded me of home — flavorful, authentic, and perfectly spiced. The meat was tender and the unique tang from chintha chiguru took it to another level!

I also tried the dessert Double Ka Meetha, and it was simply amazing — rich, warm, and nostalgic. It’s been a long time since I tasted something this close to what we get back in India.

The restaurant is located in Herndon, Virginia, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for truly authentic Indian food. If you miss the taste of home or want to try something special, this is the place!

We were really excited to visit this place. We had been planning to come here for a while but couldn’t make it earlier. Today, we finally decided to go as we were hosting a send-off party for our friend. We had heard great things about the biryanis from another friend, so we were really looking forward to the experience.

We traveled over 2 hours to get here and even called ahead to reserve a table for 5. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to be told that they were out of biryanis and that no reservation had been noted. This was extremely disappointing.

What made the experience worse was the rude attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to understand our concern or offering any form of apology or solution, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

We hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Clear communication with customers is crucial — especially when there are issues like being out of main dishes. A simple heads-up would have allowed us to make alternate plans instead of wasting our time and energy.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, and we hope the service is improved for future customers.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant. We drove for 2 hours to give our friends a nice send-off and had even reserved a table for our group of five. But when we arrived, they told us they were out of biryani—the main reason we chose this place. What made it worse was the staff's attitude; they were very rude and unapologetic. There was no proper response or effort to make up for the inconvenience. It completely ruined our evening.
