It’s disappointing to write this review, especially since Paradise Biryani Point has been our go-to place for Indian cuisine over the past two years. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food have significantly declined recently. Every visit now leaves us regretting our decision to return, despite having many other options nearby.
Today’s experience with the haleem was the final straw. What was once a flavorful, generous portion has now been reduced to a small, underwhelming serving. We didn’t even receive half the quantity we used to get just last year. They labeled it “special haleem,” but it came with only two pieces of chicken and tasted bitter and disappointing. Even though we were dining in, it was served in a to-go container, we go there mainly because of their presentation with kind of wooden plates which felt careless and unprofessional. I would strongly not recommend going here for haleem—it’s simply not worth it.
The appetizers we’ve tried in recent visits haven’t been any better—bland, inconsistent, and far from what we used to enjoy.
Very disappointed. Sadly, we won’t be coming back

Don’t try Haleem. Literally it’s Dal. No meat in it. Waste of Money.
Food was really bad. You can go once, the. they will give you several reasons why not to come here again.
Food was bad okay, service was bad too. Really unpleasant experience.

Decent biryani. Have ordered a few times.
Be careful when you order spicy levels of biryani it’s really spicy even for an Indian palette used to Andhra level spices. Also that level of ‘hot’ kills the other flavors in the biryani.

I have been ordering and eating bucket Biriyani from here for a while.. question is even though you are hwving loyal customers like me and making good returns hopefully.
Yesterday i Ordered one as well
WHY DID YOU GUTS CHANGED QUALITY/BRAND OF BIRIYANI RICE YOU USE.
Do you treat your customers cheap? Or were your decreasing your standards. Just because of you I had an unbearable experience with my colleagues, just for being a loyal customer to you. No wonder people have opinions on us!!!

Tldr: spent loads of money ordering food but they failed to include basic amenities recent order date September 21st 2024 The bearded guy with glasses is food and the women are also rude
Dear Paradise Biryani Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent orders placed through Uber Eats. Which can cost upwards of 25 dollars to 30 dollars. Despite paying an additional $0.99 for extra limes and onions, I have not received them in any of my orders. Additionally, I have had to repeatedly request eating utensils, which is a standard expectation in the American hospitality and food service industry. I also don't appreciate the disablity discrimination against by your staff such as lying and saying oh the phone got disconnected and deliberately not giving me the items I paid.
I kindly request that you improve your customer service to ensure that customers receive the items they pay for and that basic requests, such as eating utensils, are consistently fulfilled.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
I ordered plain naan and chicken 65 in which the chicken was not cooked properly. It was so hard to chew.

I like the biryani from this place. It’s change a lot in last few years. But I will go again any day.

At any cost avoid this place. Firstly they mentioned different price for biryani on the phone and when we came to pickup ,they increased price by 30$ extra. They said it was mistake that they mentioned wrong price.
Secondly, we ordered medium spicy, but it was very very spicy. The food was not fresh and not good. We paid 100$ for worst experience. I saw some one else giving review about their scam on the price and charging double. Terrible experience.wish there was 0 star
Worst service ever they made me wait for 45 minutes for goat biryani and konaseema kodi pakodi and same items going to the customers who came just 5 minutes before. Thank you so much for made my hunger disappear! And the food is worst.

This is my first time ordering from this place. Keep in mind that there are other Indian restaurants around, but i wanted to give this one a chance. I ordered Chicken Biryani medium spicy for to go, and when the time came to pay i was surprised that they don't have apple pay or google pay. You MUST use a physical card. To be honest, i felt uncomfortable especially with card info stealing is increasing. Its 2025 what kind of business doesnt offer tap pay or apple pay?! I wouldnt be coming back to this place. Oh yes, their biryani is okay, nothing out of ordinary.

Chicken dum biryani had spice to it. It is not extraordinary biryani but will do. VA does not compare to availability of variety and taste of biryanis like in Houston and Dallas. But this will do until I discover anything better
