Tried to order some takeout via Uber Eats. I ordered at 12:50 — it didn’t go through to the restaurant until 12:59. Oh well, technology happens.
I arrived to Paradise around 1:12, they notified me it wouldn’t be ready until 1:29. I informed them I couldn’t wait that long and asked them to cancel it. They said no and tried to gaslight me saying I ordered after 1pm.
Meanwhile Uber Eats noticed the discrepancy and happily canceled the order. It’s a shame because this was my first time ordering from Paradise and I was excited to try the food! Now I won’t be back given the service.

Was in Herndon after a very long time to see some colleagues and we chose Pradise to reminisce old memories. Friday Buffet used to be the routine for my colleagues and I, back in the pre pandemic days.
As we stepped in, we were greeted by a familiar setting and seating and aromas, but a not so familiar faces and we didn't see the Owner Mr. Sudhakar this time.
Lunch buffet was still being served and we were pleased to see the offerings. Wide variety of south and north indian fare and yes the famous mutton curry is still here and so are the pooris. Probably because its a Saturday. The fruit custard is still around too and it tastes every bit the same that made it a must have post lunch.
Staff and service was good, ambience was showing the age excepting a few new wall posters. Not much changed from pre pandemic and I guess that's the secret for their running this long or may be not. Buffet was definitely worth coming back. It was a wide spread and the Chicken Biryani and Mutton curry and butter chicken tasted excellent.

I honestly didn’t enjoy food experience here. The food was way too oily — chicken biryani dish I tried felt heavy and greasy, which really took away from the taste. I was hoping for a nice meal, but instead it just left me feeling uncomfortable. I think the place could be so much better if they cut back on the oil and focused more on freshness.

One of the worst biryanis I’ve had. Ordered two chicken biryanis, both were overly oily and tasteless. First time here and definitely the last – very disappointing

I’ve been coming to Paradise Indian Cuisine for over 10 years, and it continues to be absolutely outstanding. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic — you can tell they put real care into every dish. But what truly makes this place special is the people. Every time I visit, Sudaqa greets me with such warmth and kindness and (mango lasi) that it feels like I’m part of the family. That personal touch, combined with consistently excellent food, is why Paradise has been my go-to spot for so many years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a great meal, but a welcoming experience.

Very unprofessional behave ! I am a door dash driver. When I go and try to pick up the order , the young guy at the counter pretend that we drivers are stealing food from them . I think he needs to understand that he is in USA and we all are working here ! So we should keep respect to each other !
I regularly eat there and on different days of the week the all you can eat lunch buffet may contain a different food option and that is always a treat to try something new. Everyone, including management are all very kind and attentive. Price is reasonable. Completely recommend.

As a first time customer who ordered buttered chicken from this business, I was very disappointed. Butter chicken is my favorite Indian dish and I have ordered it from several other locations and what I got from here is just not it.
1: Every other location i have ordered it from at least gives you a big piece of Naan with it. They dont provide any with your butter chicken here.
2: The way they deliver it to you in cheap tubs for what they charge is ridiculous, just so you have to use your own dishes to eat it. What if I had been in a hotel?
3: I asked for utensils, and never got them. Again, what if I had been in a hotel?
4: for butter chicken it wasnt all that flavorful. If it hadnt been spicy, it would have had no flavor. I dontbknow what chicken they use, but its either real cheap cuts of chicken or they overcooked it, because it was dry even coated in sauce.
5: $5 for a 12 oz. Pineapple juice when Grubhub app says its 16oz. Is a rip off when I can buy a half gallon for $5 at the store!
I love Indian food, but just from this experience alone, I dont think ill be back. There are way better Indian restaurants around.

Giving it that Back Home Flavor.
There are so many choices for choose from.

I've been dining at Paradise Cuisine for more than 4 years now.
And - I absolutely love everything about The Food - The Ambiance - The Decor - And Especially The Beautiful People that Prepare and Serve the Food.
The Restaurant is Clean and Really Well Kept.
But - I will say - That after all of the Above - It is really about How Excellent the Food Really is.
The Butter Chicken - The Goat Curry - The Vegetarian Items - And It gets even better on Saturday and Sunday - With Puri and Chooleh.

Ordered a chilli chicken around the closing time at the restaurant for to go. The chicken was so hard and tasted so bad that i had to spit out the food and throw away everything.
The owner does not care about the service at the restaurant. Buffets during lunch hours are usually fine.

Theh forgot our palak paneer even though it was on the receipt, the bag was stapled shut we payed for it but it wasn’t in the bag. Been there many times but might not be back. Disappointed.
Paradise is one of our go-to restaurants in the the Herndon area. We are spoiled here with lots of great Indian cuisine, but Paradise truly has amazing service, a variety of items, and always tastes amazing. I’ve been to the buffet, eaten dine-in, and have ordered to go easily over 20 times since living in the area. I’ve always had an amazing experience! Don’t hesitate to enjoy here!
