This restaurant over charges without the customer knowing. If you order large bowl of Pho they charge $18. But their menu says $14.95. They should be investigated by the authority.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The server who runs the place is incredible—she always remembers our orders and provides such attentive and friendly service. It truly feels like she goes above and beyond to make every visit special.

I noticed a lot of the bad reviews is due to the restaurant not updating the online prices but this a mom and pop shop and they not very tech savvy. Anyway coming from a Vietnamese person, I can vouch the bun bo hue here is definitely one of the best around town. Their pho is also very tasteful! I recommend everybody to try out this authentic Vietnamese restaurant

I am sad to say that this was one of the worst Pho soups I've ever had. I gave two stars for the customer service. First of all, I paid $20 for seafood pho, and all I got was a bunch of uncooked rubbery shrimp. Hopefully, they weren't cloned shrimp and crab balls. That's it nothing else. All the places I've been to that serve Seafood pho has at least given me three to four Seafoods in My Soup and for cheaper the broth was not hot it was lukewarm. I'm just giving my honest opinion and I will not be eating at this place again

Kind proprietars, they remember your last order! Great beefy broth. Always fresh bean spirits and basil to personalize your taste. Fast. Love the fried tofu spring roll with peanut sauce. I'm a repeat.

I come here all the time for their Bun Bo Hue. It's quite good and has a fairly intense broth. More pho/Vietnamese restaurants in the area are serving Bun Bo Hue but I rate theirs as one of the best in the area.

Pho New is just not a good restaurant. The food portions were plentiful but that's about it. The broth lacked flavor, the fatty brisket was mainly fat and no brisket to the point I had to spit them out. The atmosphere was just horrendous with flies and mosquitoes everywhere. The AC/heat also appeared to be broken. Two stars only for the service.

Hands down my husband and I's favorite pho restaurant! This is our go-to, the pho broth is super tasty & my husband highly recommends the bun bo hue. We think it's a two-person team and it seems sweet. Definitely recommend!
