had dinner there last night and it was delicious! they have the most options i've seen for pho customization -- almost 20 different ways. nice so you can choose exactly what kind of cuts of meat you want. i got the large bowl which was legit large. the meat was tender and the broth was very flavorful and rich. i typically always finish my bowl but i had leftovers! we also got the summer rolls as an appetizer which were nice. chewy and bouncy. the ONLY thing i would change is adding some music in the dining room!

I really enjoy eating at Pho New! Their bún bò Huế is delicious and the portions are very generous. The pho gà is also great — the chicken breast is always tender and flavorful.
The only downside is that the one server there is often on her phone and sometimes gets the order wrong, so just make sure she confirms what you ordered.
Overall, the food is excellent and definitely worth coming back for!

Went in around 3pm for a late lunch, there were literally 3 other tables served. Food came in less than 3 minuets after ordering.
Savoury and very nice Pho. Also ordered the summer rolls with shrimp and pork they were very good and big.

I attempted to place a delivery but was never notified that it was only pick up. Placed an order for chicken pho and beef noodles soup and received both chicken and beef cold. This would be the last time I will be ordering from there.

I noticed a lot of the bad reviews is due to the restaurant not updating the online prices but this a mom and pop shop and they not very tech savvy. Anyway coming from a Vietnamese person, I can vouch the bun bo hue here is definitely one of the best around town. Their pho is also very tasteful! I recommend everybody to try out this authentic Vietnamese restaurant

I am sad to say that this was one of the worst Pho soups I've ever had. I gave two stars for the customer service. First of all, I paid $20 for seafood pho, and all I got was a bunch of uncooked rubbery shrimp. Hopefully, they weren't cloned shrimp and crab balls. That's it nothing else. All the places I've been to that serve Seafood pho has at least given me three to four Seafoods in My Soup and for cheaper the broth was not hot it was lukewarm. I'm just giving my honest opinion and I will not be eating at this place again
