I think the broth is top notch. Good depth of flavor. I had Pho Thai Chin. It was very tasty. I was surprised the condiments didn’t include cilantro and jalapenos. I also miss a nice chillie paste. The place was packed by noon on Sunday. I will definately go back.

I’m not from the area and saw the great reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I gave the food 2 stars for their large portion size but the actual flavor of their pho lacked. I had to ask for extra fish sauce and lime and had to doctor it up myself. There was zero service - no greeting when walking through the door, not a single smile, no water refill or checkins from any of the servers. The space also just looked really dingy and kind of dirty. The bathroom was especially gross.

Food is great, broth is flavorful even without the sauces. The food came out quickly. The atmosphere is good, the restaurant is clean, and the design of the restaurant is nice. However, it smells like cigars from the store next door which was really unpleasant for me, especially while sensitive to smells while pregnant. The service was ok, but they were too laid back, for my taste, with no smiles, with AirPods in the whole time. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and would come back for the pho.

Haven’t seen too many reviews on their Bun Bo Hue. I basically only eat BBH in Viet restaurants around Northern Virginia, this is my comparison:
Order:
- Bun Bo Hue
- Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese Coffee)
Totals to around $29 plus tip
Pro:
- Above average amount of thinly sliced beef shank
- Coffee is good and pretty strong
- Pretty short and concise menu if that’s what you’re into
Cons:
- Pork shank is an extra cost (generally included at other restaurants at the same price point)
- There is no option for blood cake (having blood cake is more authentic)
- Slightly too expensive for what you get at competing restaurants
TLDR:
- Great for people who want as close to an authentic BBH as possible, without the more “acquired-taste” ingredient, Blood Cake. Also great if you want a lot more beef for not having pork shank.
- For the price, better off getting Pho. BBH doesn’t feel too authentic because of cons, but the broth is pretty spot on.
- I’m assuming the cons stem from their focus/logistics on Pho, since pork shank and blood cake aren’t shared ingredients with Pho

This place serves huge portions of food. The pho is ok and the pork vermicelli was good. There's plenty of seats in the restaurant.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Shortly after eating, I ended up extremely sick, throwing up like never before. I’m not sure if it was the chicken, the broth, or just poor food handling, but it was enough to make me stay far away from this place in the future. I definitely won’t be going back.

Our first time here, we liked some of the food. I had a banhmi sandwich, which was very good! This is the first time that I tried the sandwich with fried egg inside, it was very good. The pho was ok, nothing too special. It was a bit inconvenient that our food came out kind of far from each other, pho came out first with the summer roll for one person, he finished the roll and half the pho before anything for the other parson came out, they also forgot the roll for the other person, which came out when we were finished with everything.

when I went in, I saw unsanitary chairs, dirty cups, and food that wasn’t fresh. I really couldn’t believe they had such high ratings. The service was also bad, especially the older lady waitress who was very unfriendly. The pho wasn’t good, but I did like their fried spring rolls. I won’t be coming back

Delicious food, clean, affordable ❤️❤️❤️
Parking: One of the best phos i have had. The flavor of the beef was exceptional, meat not boiled over like most other pho soups. Highly recommend this restaurant as s convenient and refreshing stop to the airport or from Dulles.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. It’s become our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their pho broth is very tasty and the portions of meat are extremely generous. My husband always gets the grilled pork dish. The flavor of the meat is phenomenal. We also love their banh mi which is HUGE and packed with a lot of flavor and their taro milk tea. You just can’t go wrong with this place, especially for the price and the service. Everyone here is incredibly friendly.

This is by far the best pho I have ever had. This is coming from someone who grew up falls church and Arlington where there is a pho restaurant on every corner. All of their dishes and appetizers are amazing as well. I go here at least once or twice a week.
