I found a hair in my take-out pizza. When I called to speak with the manager he basically accused me of lying about it. The staff wear head covers so he has no idea where it could have come from. Well, it wasn't ON my pizza, it was IN my pizza, so it clearly happened during the MAKING of the pizza. What restaurant doesn't apologize for that?? There are so many pizza places within just 2 miles of here that there's no need to order again and take the risk.

The pizza 🍕 and wings were absolutely delicious 🤤 the wait was long and annoying but I do see why it was so many people patiently waiting because the food at this pizza 🍕 hut is hands down worth the wait !!! So ate everything smh didn’t get photos
Buffet turned out to be incredibly better than a carryout.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On April 16th, at approximately 11:30 PM, I visited your location and received unsatisfactory service from a tall African-American male employee wearing glasses.
The employee's demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. He appeared disengaged and his behavior created a negative experience. Furthermore, despite having placed a pre-ordered online order, I experienced an unacceptable five-minute wait for its fulfillment.
This incident significantly impacted my perception of your business. I believe addressing this employee's performance, perhaps through retraining or reassignment, is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and preventing similar occurrences. I hope you will take appropriate action to rectify this situation.
They will post a prepaid package on Uber, and once you accept the order, the other party will cancel it and you will have to pay for their pizza
