The pizza 🍕 and wings were absolutely delicious 🤤 the wait was long and annoying but I do see why it was so many people patiently waiting because the food at this pizza 🍕 hut is hands down worth the wait !!! So ate everything smh didn’t get photos

I work nights too, and I always strive to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at work. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On April 16th, at approximately 11:30 PM, I visited your location and received unsatisfactory service from a tall African-American male employee wearing glasses.
The employee's demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. He appeared disengaged and his behavior created a negative experience. Furthermore, despite having placed a pre-ordered online order, I experienced an unacceptable five-minute wait for its fulfillment.
This incident significantly impacted my perception of your business. I believe addressing this employee's performance, perhaps through retraining or reassignment, is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and preventing similar occurrences. I hope you will take appropriate action to rectify this situation.

The taste of the new menu items we tried as well as the temperature. The customer service was amazing at the restaurant when we arrived to pick up our order. We are new to the area and very excited that there is a buffet as well. We will have to dine in the next time we come back.
Parking lot needs improvement, too many cars were constantly arriving and leaving almost saw an accident happen. Inside was busy, this is probably the most busiest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. It was sort of not clean, but understandable due to the foot traffic. Food was great quality, by far one of the best pizza I have had in a while.

Pizza selections are decent, with marinara sauce for the crust. Also has pasta and cinnamon sticks as add-on.
Buffet is about $12 per person and drink is extra.
Can’t complain with the price and will visit again.

Do not eat here. We ordered two large pizzas, and we asked them to use a clean cutter as we don’t eat pork. While eating the pizzas, we found a chip of pepperoni in our pizza. They could not do a simple request we asked for.

I’m writing this review because I’m very upset with how the manager at this Pizza Hut treated me. I called to ask him to add ranch to my order, when I got my order there was no ranch. I was a bit upset because of this so I called back to complain. When I called the manager was extremely rude and kept hanging the phone up on me. When I asked for his name he refused to give it and then he continued to curse me out and use offensive words. I’m very upset because of how impatient and rude he was over a simple request to my order. This manager is extremely unprofessional and I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.02/14/2025 order time was around 9:30 pm .. I hope the corporation check this out so they know who works for them . And this is not the first time this guy is rude not only to me i witnessed it when I being at that store .
