I have had their pizza several times and enjoyed it every time! I got the Butter Chicken pizza several times because I really enjoyed it, but recently got the lamb kabob pizza and enjoyed that one even more. They just make fantastic food! All of my friends and family love it as well.

This place has some of the worst service. While standing at the counter waiting another guest walks in behind me and the server comes out and helps them first and proceeds to walks away while I’m standing there at the counter waiting. They kept saying it’s going to be another 5 mins a couple of times. Finally meal comes out and I told them nope waiting to long and I asked to speak to a manager that didn’t come out when I asked to speak to one. Service here is bad stay away from this place.
Update: So since you want to clarify let’s get the facts straight. My order was not ready at 9:01. I was told twice it would be five and then four mins due to the bread burning. But what about the other people walking in after me ( maybe four or five) getting their food and not being told twice hey five more minutes?? When I asked to cancel my order the lady told me she didn’t understand what I was saying. So I told her to please get the manager so I can cancel my order. Another three or four minutes goes by and she comes out with my food not the manger so whoever wrote the manger came out to talk to me is lying. That says a lot about this establishment. The manager (?) just happened to be talking to someone and I told him I want a refund. He did offered to give me the food for free but at this point I don’t want it. Too many people walking in and getting food and I’m just standing there. For you to come here to try to save face is sad. Your response is a sign that the service at this establishment is bad.

The store is listed as being open from 9 AM to 11 PM, but when we arrived at 9:50 PM, we were rudely informed that the store was closed and the oven had been turned off. When we mentioned that the store hours on Google indicated 11 PM, the person at the counter insisted they close at 10 PM and dismissed our concerns.
It’s frustrating to see such a discrepancy between the advertised hours and their actual operation, especially when the response was unprofessional. I hope the management updates their hours online and ensures their staff communicates more courteously with customers.
Their pizzas are delicious with the perfect crust and fresh toppings. The bar has a great selection of craft beers, cocktails, and wines, and the staff is super friendly. The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a lunch or a night out with friends or a casual dinner. Highly recommend—5 stars!

I recently visited Pizza Twist in Herndon, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The **Achari Chicken** pizza and the **3 Idiots** pizza were amazing , pretty unique and delicious combination that you just have to try!
The food quality was good, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively and inviting, and it was great to see they were showing live events on the big screen.
I will definitely be coming back ! Highly recommend!
