Very rude older spanish lady at drive thru. Bunch of make up on and red lipstick. It was like simply working was such an issue for her. Got super mad because I asked for jelly…..Crazy.

This Popeyes is my favorite Popeyes to go to. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always nice and the manager is top notch.

Placen an order at 5:10pm to be pick up at 6:30pm even when you program the food to be pick up at certain time they will make you wait another 15~20 min becuase your food is not ready or is missing part of the order please reflect the correct time for the food to be pick up if you are not gonna promise the time giving in the app just try to be more accurate I saw how people who came to order after me as a walkin they were serve with food more faster than someone who 'preorder'

it's one of my favourite restaurant for chicken fry and chips. Normally we order online through Doordash or Ubereat.. Love to have chicken wings or chicken fry with their signature sauce. Today we ordered 12 pcs chicken fries for my brother and mom..

They can improve their customer service

I got sick with that chicken.

Worst Popeye’s location I’ve ever visited. The management is non-responsive to emails. They consistently mess up your order and couldn’t care less about it. The inside is filthy. And worst of all the food is like old Popeyes… chicken gushes with grease. It is so bad. They aren’t following processes or procedures at this location. These observations are noted over a couple of years. I don’t post bad reviews easily.
