Service was good and food was great. The assembly line moved quick and was very convenient. The meats tasted fresh and the combo deal wasn't too expensive. The tables were clean too. Overall definitely a good experience at this potbelly location.

One of my favorite spots to go with the family on Thursday nights. The food was yummy, fast and attentive service. Gaberiel went above & beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining in experience. We will visit again. Thanks again to Gaberial, you are a true gem.

This is arguably Virginia’s greatest sandwich shop. I’ve had over a dozen visits to Potbelly in Herndon. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Mama’s Meatball and Pizza Metl. They provide the friendliest service. Mary is always cheery and quick. Another nice one is Lily, who always smiles. They are all very respectful. The “Potbelly Perks” are my only complaint because, the last two times I tried to use my BOGO code in an online order, the order failed! Why am I unable to use my earned rewards? Nobody at the establishment could explain why the order failed. There were no internet connections problems.

I did take out. This was my first time here and the customer service was non existent. I stood at the order here sign and the person acted like they didn’t see me for like 2 minutes. Haven’t tried the food yet because I just got to my car BUT customer service matters!
Despite all the poor reviews I honestly can say that this store and staff are amazing with lots of patience. I come here 2-3 times a week and am constantly impressed with the level of customer service. Lily was in the middle of working on a huge order and still communicated well that she would be with me in just a moment and then dropped her task to make my order and kept a positive attitude and was not annoyed to help me! I love this store and would give it star after star if I could.

Customer service from food prep staff member, Mary, was really poor. She yelled at me because I forgot to ask her for a bowl for my tuna salad instead of a soup cup. She could’ve simply asked me, “Would you like your tuna salad in a soup cup or bowl?”. At no point is it ever OK to yell at a customer. The Manager Mary stepped in later to help prepare my food in the end. The Manager was pleasant in the end.

To be honest, I am not a fan of them, very occasionally, I go to get a sandwich from Potbelly.For this specific store, was clean, and service was fast ( considering they had several online orders and prepared my food simultaneously with those online orders), so overall nothing was wrong; However,Nothing is great either.Everything was average.Still, I'd prefer Subway, a bit cheaper, has more options, and is tastier.

I walked in, and it wasn’t busy at all. No customers, and the workers were sat down with nothing to do. I tell the manager that I’d like to order “A !!!COFFEE!!! SHAKE MIXED WITH OREO.” The guy somehow ended up serving me an oreo shake with no coffee. Normally it wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but the only reason I’d went in to buy a shake at all was primarily for the coffee (hence why I specifically said COFFEEEEE shake.) I simply wanted some Oreo along with it. Not my first bad experience with this Potbelly.
