Nasty. Roach infested restaurant.
Applebee's executive claims higher gas prices make employees more desperate so they can pay them less.
This confidence and trust has been what I have craved for in an expert trader for years now and I am so happy to finally get all this from you Mrs. Trey Loudis for you have proven all what I have heard about you is the true, by investing $500 with Mrs. Trey Loudis I made $6050, it not the profit alone I am glad about but the instant withdrawal into my bank account, I am forever grateful and will tell the world about you, get in touch with Mia on
if you come bring your Canada Goose, heat do not work
They have apparently have a new policy that they cannot serve to customers with a vertical ID, EVEN IF THAT PERSON IS OVER 21! This isn't even a Virginia state law they're going by, in fact I checked the ABC laws and PFDG is violating our rights as customers by denying us that are over 21 that still have a vertical ID. I will never visit an Applebees or any other PFDG establishment again!

Three drink limit really at your Applebee’s in Charles Town, WV? Even with a designated driver? On top of that, the manager (Sarah) stated that Applebee’s is “not a bar”. Ummmm. The name is Applebee’s Grill + Bar.
I ordered at Applebee's at 1206 N main Street in Suffolk VA on 10/31/17 and I wasn't satisfied with the ribs I received with my orders. I ordered three and they were crispy burnt with BBQ sauce on them and left a bad burnt taste in your mouth. I was in an extreme hurry and didn't return the orders back to the kitchen. I was very disappointed because I had spent $50 on 3 meals and I feel like I should be refunded. I don't know if I want to come again...
This is a very bad number to call. They will almost hardly ever respond or return calls. I have been calling them for over 2 months and haven't yet to get a returning phone call!

Horrible, horrible, horrible id's all I have to say!
Worst dining experience in years at the Applebee's in Warrenton, Virginia. Took the manager aside (Acting Manager - actually the kitchen manager), away from patrons with my concerns. No interest in helping. Talked to him again after the most frustrating two hours ever, when he brought the bill, and was told simply "pay the bill and leave the premises". This from a "manager" who was showing his underwear through his baggy pants. I looked him dead in the eye and said "you just don't care at all, do you?". No response. I swear on my life and the lives of my children, I will not eat at that Applebee's again until I hear SOMETHING from an Area or Corporate representative. And, we're loyal customers - at least once a month. NEVER again.
Here's what I think of Potomac Family Dining Group. When I say what I have to say, it's in reference to the Virginia Beach location. That said, here goes... LEADERSHIP! That's what's wrong with this restaurant. What you have are manager's, NOT Leader's. That's unfortunate. There is a HUGE difference between the two. I like to think of myself as the subject matter expert in said field. Here's why... I have a cumulative 12 years in the Army. Achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7) in just nine years (some do 20 and don't achieve my rank) 1 tour in Iraq, 1 1/2 years on the DMZ in Korea Three years TEACHING a Leadership Course in Camp Shelby as of 2014. Still in the National Guard. The Army's seven values is even an acronym for Leadership. Loyalty Duty Respect Selfless service Honor Integrity Personal courage Plus a multitude of business management classes that I'm currently taking in college. I'm pursuing a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Management. (1 more year!!!) I digress, moreover, there is a difference between again, management and leadership. There is also a difference between transactional leadership and transformational leadership. A transactional leader is that of a manager. A transformational leader is just that, a Leader. You should look it up, then you would understand where I'm coming from. If you continue down this road with this misguided ideology, then you will continue having employees leaving managers - versus the company. I'm not on here to point fingers or lay blame. Yes, I am a former employee, yes I was fired. But understand this. I also have a readjustment disorder validated by my VA counselor and psychiatrist. I'm not a nut case either, I simply don't play well with others in the private sector when they fail to comply with understanding the above. Like I said, I've been to Iraq, I know what it's like to be responsible for subordinates in a war zone. Taking on the responsibility as a Leader to ensure their safety and well being and making sure the get home back to mom. Not just in a time of war, but as a Leader, I am contractually obligated to care for my subordinates as if they were my own kids. No one, and I mean no one in that restaurant cares for their subordinates the way a Leader should. I am NOT trying to make Applebees the Army. But, if the Army has been around for 240 years, we're obviously doing something right. I was responsible for teaching the future of our military how to become Leader's in Camp Shelby. I took that job to heart. As an E-7, a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, I eat, live, and breathe Leadership. You might be asking why I'm not in management, well I'm in school full time. Or why don't I still work at Camp Shelby...because in 2014 the NGB (National Guard Burrow went $101 million in debt. So they cut my (and everyone else's) orders across the state. Being an E-7 in an E-6 position, it obviously cost more to retain me. So after the new fiscal year rold around, I was not asked to come back because it costs $75K to retain me versus $66K for an E-6. In closing, I am not a disgruntled former employee. What I am, is concerned for the future of that restaurant and its employees if something doesn't change. The first step is understanding the need for change. The manager's are walking around with blinders on, doing nothing more than utilizing their power of the card as the only means of a customer complaint. What happen to credibility? For the server? For the kitchen staff? Hell, even for the manager's? What happened to the credibility of the restaurant? You don't have the best clientele, but if this is the repatative mindset that you're going to endorse in your franchise, then you deserve to lose money. At what point are you going to maintain standards? Because there doesn't seem to be any. AT ALL. When are you going to uphold your values as a company? Or do you even ha
