Every time is the same with this place, This is my third time ordering food for pick up. They said 15-20 minutes, and then it is always doble that time. This time is not acceptable 45 mins for a carne asada? Really? When i ask for my order, it is just starting to get prep. I'm not coming back for sure.

Today I went for breakfast and they served it to me when they remembered that I had ordered it. I went to pay with my mobile wallet and I didn't leave a tip. A supposedly blonde woman who was charging the bill got angry because I had spent 16 dollars and they served me last and they wanted a tip. They continued treating me badly, her and the waitress. They want me to give them my money. They should be quiet when they go to the plaza to ask. At my job, they don't give me my money.

Yesterday I went to eat a ROASTED MEAT, it was DISGUSTING, its MEAT SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN, its flavorless rice! When I entered the restaurant it was DIRTY and SMELLED THE BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING!🤮 the floor and tables are dirty! The whole environment smelled very bad! I only tried the meat and it smelled rotten, I got up and left! Why argue! I will never return to that place again!

Well, I'm going to tell you a little about the restaurant, the food is more or less good, but the worst thing I could see in this place is one of the waitresses, a lady👱♀️ with yellow hair, she is a slow lady. 😣and she is very hard at serving customers🤮,... well the truth is she is very bad at serving customers and even so she has to wait about 50 minutes for the food, practically an hour🤦

The pupusas are delicious in this place, unfortunately they take too long to make the food. I went to dinner with my family and we had to wait about an hour for our pupusas. I don't know what they were doing. The cooks were a long time behind and not cooking. There weren't many customers. I understand why it takes them so long to give out the food, it seems like they have something more important behind them than taking out the customers' food.

I ordered a fried yuca, it didn't taste like anything and the curtido leaves a lot to be desired...and the sauce, God, maybe they use the same sauce for everything. (pupusas, fried yuca, boiled yuca, enchiladas, etc., etc. Today, September 18, I returned again to see if they had improved anything, we all ordered pupusas, my God, the worst pupusas I have ever eaten in my entire life are terrible, it is unfortunate That all the effort that Mrs. Azucena made today is being thrown into the trash, the bean pupusas are like crap, the chicken ones are terrible, the cheese they use is the cheapest, the sauce is the worst, etc., etc.... the worst, I will not return never.
