Rough experience at this Qdoba. I went to use my reward for National Burrito Day. This requires one burrito, one entree to be purchased & a drink. Note: The associate helped the folks in front of us to get their order right. When it came time for us to check out, we said we wanted to use the deal as well. She rang us up and the cashier said it was "$6.06" (which was really odd but the screen displaying the total amount was blocked. We chalked it up to another one of our rewards being used). However, we ended up getting charged for all 3 items. We immediately noticed this on the receipt within the minute and brought it up to the cashier to be fixed. She said sorry it's too late to apply the reward. Too bad, so sad and sent us on our merry way.A very disappointing experience to say the least as it seemed the staff had no care to help us. My advice, be extra careful to request your total and have them repeat jt before paying because apparently there's nothing the staff can do after to help you.The food was so-so, probably affected because we were annoyed with the whole encounter. They were also missing a ton of ingredients but that's understandable given the date.

The young girl - Sandra- working there refused to honor a coupon I had for free chips and salsa. She couldn’t figure out how to enter the coupon code using appropriate upper and lower case letters. She was very rude. She told me that she was the manager and still wasn’t authorized to help.What a pity! She suggested I call the company and complain.

The Service is terrible here, very very rude staff, my daughter loves the kids bowls here and that's the only reason we come - they're so stingy and literally stare at you like you have 3 heads if you ask a question.. they seriously need to improve or they'll be closed soon.

I always get their 3-cheese nachos with beef, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and guacamole on the side. It’s consistently very good. The customer service is good, and it’s usually pretty quiet/empty in the seating area, so it’s a good place to have a quick bite. I drive quite a bit to get there, but it’s always worth it.

Very stingy with the food, and not friendly service. We were given about a tablespoon of guacamole. I asked for more. Not sure uf one of the 2 people working the counter could even understand English because she stared blankly. The other woman had to respond to us. We've been to Qdobas in many states. I order pickup from Qdoba in Herndon once a month for a business event for up to 8 people- every time, the service is quick and friendly, and the order is always 100% accurate. The food is great, too, of course!

I've been to this Qdoba a few times in the past year but today they forgot my guacamole and gave me a regular Coke instead of diet. I was also sad to see that the brown rice was no longer on the online menu. The food is also usually better and the prices seemed a bit higher. I don't think I'll be coming back again.
Arrived at 7pm, and staff was already closing things down an hour before closing. Most of the food items had mostly empty containers and scrapings left. Was told the following items were unavailable : any type of chicken, brown rice, pico de gallo, soda fountain. Ended up with a bowl with rice, beans, some veggies and sauce with a water. Way overpriced when the menu items advertised are not served.

This place is outdated. There doesn't seem to be a lot of people dining and I don't blame them. Employees could be friendlier. Some only speak Spanish so brush up
