I want to start off by saying the food was really really good. I came here for a quick break on my lunch and I purchased one of their bottled sodas. I asked the woman at the counter if I could have a cup, for ice, to put my bottled soda in that I purchased from them. She said it would be $2.50 for an empty cup. I said no thank you because I thought that was a little outrageous when my meal was ready she gave it to me and asked me if I would like some sauce on it. I said yes, but could I please have it on the side and she said it would be $.50 extra for her to put it on the side, even though the sauce was included. The food was really good, but I don’t think all that extra nickel and diming was necessary.

I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from staff. When I simply asked them to speak nicely, I was told, “We don’t care.” That response alone shows exactly how little respect they have for customers. It’s not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable. There’s no basic courtesy, no sense of responsibility, and clearly no proper training. I came in expecting help and was met with complete disregard. No one should be treated this way, and it honestly makes you question how they’re even allowed to continue operating like this.

My husband and I ordered there this afternoon and the food was great! Prices are reasonable and they have a friendly, attentive staff. We ordered the shrimp bowl with white rice, noodles, and vegetables. Delicious!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quickway in Herndon? I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, well done, with white rice and veggies and it hit every mark👌The chicken was grilled to perfection with that crispy edge I love, and the shrimp? Juicy and packed with flavor. They didn’t hold back on the portions either.
The white rice was fluffy, and the veggies were sautéed just right still with a little snap. Everything was seasoned like they actually care about taste, which is rare these days.
Fast service, clean spot, and food that actually slaps? Yeah, I’ll be back.
