“Best Ramen and Rice Bowls in town!!!! They are alway so nice and the place is always clean. FYI, in keeping with a proper Ramen establishment, it is small with limited seating. If you have to wait, it is well worth the wait.“

“I was craving ramen and decided to give bubblebee a try and I was not disappointed. The build your own ramen is such an amazing menu item and allowed me to pick just what I wanted. I chose a spicy miso base with classic ramen noodles, green onions, a soft boiled egg and pork & chive gyoza. I inhaled the entire bowl. Highly recommend.“

“The food is amazing! The service is not. This was the 2nd time myself or someone else asked for something different and was told no... The person i was with is allergic to onions, so he wanted just plain rice. He was told no, but they can make the fried rice without onions. So they can take plain rice he wanted and add a bunch of stuff, but no onion, and then cook it... but they can't just give you the plain rice... which they do offer with some of the other dishes. If the food wasn't as good as it was, I would not go here or recommend it because of the service and lack of a willingness to work with someone.“

The food was bursting with flavor—especially the kimchi, which was perfectly fermented and spicy. The bulgogi was tender and juicy, served sizzling hot with a sweet-savory marinade that lingered delightfully. I also loved the variety of banchan (side dishes), which added layers of texture and taste to the meal. The spicy tofu stew was a standout, with rich broth and just the right amount of heat.

Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. What really impressed me was the bathroom—it was spotless, well-lit, and smelled fresh. There were plenty of supplies, including soap, tissues, and even a touchless hand dryer. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority here, both in the kitchen and throughout the facility.“

“Great food, was able to customize the meal for my pickier kids. I added carrots to my Ramen and took out the mushrooms. Loved that I could customize so much of it! Kids loved the boba tea and the juice where you could add the boba balls to it. You could also pick how much sugar you wanted added!“

“I visited a take-out Japanese restaurant at the H-Mart Fairfax Food Court with modest expectations regarding the quality of the food. Surprisingly, the Chirashi Salad Bowl and the Sashimi Combo were fresh and flavorful. Initially, I thought the Chirashi Bowl might be too small for one person, but it was just the right portion. However, considering its price, I found the Sashimi Combo to be relatively small. For those who prefer to dine in, there is a shared seating area in the center of the food court accessible to all the eateries.“

“I came to Noku the other night on a date and was seated at a super cute booth by the window! The ambiance was great and the food and service were even better! As someone following a gluten free diet due to Celiac, I appreciated their gluten free menu and our server, Trisha's suggestions and willingness to make most menu items (separate from the GF menu) I inquired about gluten free with substitutions. Trisha was so wonderful and I appreciated her creativity, understanding, and attentiveness so much. I will definitely be returning and suggest anyone who loves sushi do the same, especially those with food allergies looking for an accommodating and safe place to eat!“
