Very disappointing. I spent a lot of money on burnt naan and the wrong spice level on all the food. I like spicy and my husband doesn’t. I ordered online. Ordered buttered naan, two spicy dishes for me, and a dish for my husband without choosing a spice level. My food was not spicy, but my husband's order was. The naan was burnt and no hint of butter at all. Barely edible. Not sure what happened. But not happy at all. The drinks were good. The food mediocre. In addition, the food was not warm at all. I prefer made to order places. It's fresher and it tastes better.

They took one more one hour to deliver one briyani, this was not once but they did this multiple times whenever I ordered food it took about 3 hours to deliver the food and the delay was from the restaurant

I ordered biryani, Bheemli Mirchi Chat, and mango lassi from Royal Biryani House, Herndon through Uber Eats. There was a Buy 1 Get 1 offer on mango lassi, but I received only one, which was disappointing.

The Bheemli Mirchi Chat was packed using tape, which didn’t look hygienic, and the biryani arrived cold.

When I contacted the restaurant about the missing mango lassi, they asked me to contact Uber Eats support instead of helping. Overall, a bad experience.

Absolutely loved the experience! The goat biriyani was outstanding perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and aromatic with just the right blend of spices.

A special shout-out to Ram for the excellent service—very polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Great food paired with great service always makes a difference. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I've been here more than 3 times and had the Ulavacharu Paneer Biryani. It is my staple order here and one of the family favorites. I come from Maryland here, specifically for the Biryani.

I just had my dinner here and ordered the Goat Dum Biryani. The food was excellent and the portion size was huge, even for a Hyderabadi like me. The Mango Lassi was good, though I have had better elsewhere. Overall, I left very satisfied, will definitely be back, and will happily recommend this place to friends and family.
