We ordered 4 dosas and only got 2 because of an online glitch. But, the owner was very supportive and gave us the dosas, and as an apology gift, an extra side.

Food was good, server had knowledge on food menu, She was the only one taking orders and brining food. I love dosa it was done well. Customer service is non existent in most South Indian restaurants. Maybe it's cultural.

Best authentic south indian food. I came all the way from DC to eat this. The staff and owner were very friendly. They even gave me free gulab jamuns as I am a student

Food was decent, the place had no seating inside and is carryout only.(Its inside a supermarket) The bigger letdown to this vegetarian restaurant is that it has a sea food section next to it!

*Disappointing Experience with Sai swarna bhawan Place

I recently visited [Sai swarna bhawan
] twice, and unfortunately, both times our order was incorrect. On both occasions, they packed all four different types of dosas (Masala Dosa, Spring Dosa, Maysoor Masala, and Masala Rava Dosa) as Masala Dosa, despite our clear order.

When we pointed out the mistake the first time, they apologized. However, the second time, despite their assurance to double-check, the same error occurred. To add insult to injury, our order was missing sambar both times.

When we called to report the issue, the staff's response was disappointing. They shifted the blame to the customer, implying that we should have known better than to trust their packaging. The 16 oz sambar container they claimed to have provided was irrelevant, as we received none with our order.

Given these experiences, I'm sad to say that [Dosa Place] has lost a loyal customer. To improve, I would suggest:
- Double-check orders before dispatching them.
- Ensure that customers receive what they pay for, including accompanying items like sambar.
Until these issues are addressed, I would caution others to be vigilant when ordering from Sai sawarna bhawan

Love the food only back out point is you can only take out which personally like in many cases but dosa kind of stuff you can't take away so big disappointment as you can not seat and enjoy..
