got the banana protein matcha and it was really good until i was hit with a big clump of banana. was not expecting it and it left quite an interesting aftertaste.

Does not have a functioning phone. Can’t call them to ask questions about stock. Drove all the way to the store to get one of their limited seasonal cups, and it was sold out.

I come to this Starbucks daily since my job is 4 minutes away from it. Coffeee is good as always but the service I can’t say the same. I got my coffee. I Paid for a venty cup with a an extra shot which it was charged. The only thing I asked for was just light ice and what I got was 2/3 full venty y cup. When I told her why wasn’t full. She told me it had 5 short and also because I asked for light ice. I followed up by telling her that I paid for a venty cup not the ice. which is suppose to be full regardless if it had ice or not. That’s what they charge by the cup size and Keep in mind I paid for the other extra shot. Yet this is what I got.
You can even tell I had not drink from it because the lid is clean and also the cup from the empty space.

Quiet but very friendly environment. Staff is very kind and confirms the order. They manage high volume traffic very well. I am very pleased with this location.

Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever had. I dropped my water on my way out and immediately a couple baristas jumped in to clean and someone else behind the bar grabbed me replacement water. They truly made my day this afternoon.

The girl with the nose ring is rude she’s too lazy to hand me a straw and directs me to get it myself at condiment bar very RUDE and and bad service!

Hard working staff and people. However, due to language issues I’d highly recommend ordering through app. 3 times in a row an order mixup and it’s mainly from a cashier that has a hard time understanding.

My first time at this location, amazing service, everyone was very welcoming and I got my order perfect.
Great job everyone keep it up.
