asked for a surprise latte and i swear it's the best drink I've ever had (brown sugar latte with cinnamon?) barista was SO sweet and helpful i damn near melted 😭💕 I only wish I wasn't too shy to ask for a name 😞 but ly!! 🫶🫶

Tara is simply the best! She always greets you with a smile and is eager to make the best coffee or other drinks for you. If you ask about a seasonal drink, instead of saying they're out, she'll check to see if it's still available. This Monday, she went the extra mile and topped off my coffee with amazing artwork that made my day, and even my whole week. Thank you, Tara! Please keep up the fantastic work!

I actually went in to buy a couple of food items, versus coffee, this morning. They were out of so many things at 8:30 that I was very surprised. They weren't very graceful about it either. I ended up going somewhere else. This location doesn't have a drive-thru and seems to be one of the older stores that Starbucks has. A revamping seems in order.

I watched the barista start my vente vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a cup 3/4 full of ice. Then she added the coffee and cream. She did not use the cup lines or follow the process. Yet she and her coworker insisted she had. I am not coming here again until I am convinced they are honestly creating my drink and it is worth the almost 6 dollars I am paying. This is not the first time this has happened. It is, however, going to be the last.
