If you ask about a seasonal drink, instead of saying they're out, she'll check to see if it's still available. This Monday, she went the extra mile and topped off my coffee with amazing artwork that made my day, and even my whole week. Thank you, Tara! Please keep up the fantastic work!

I watched the barista start my vente vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a cup 3/4 full of ice. Then she added the coffee and cream. She did not use the cup lines or follow the process. Yet she and her coworker insisted she had. I am not coming here again until I am convinced they are honestly creating my drink and it is worth the almost 6 dollars I am paying. This is not the first time this has happened. It is, however, going to be the last.
