I actually went in to buy a couple of food items, versus coffee, this morning. They were out of so many things at 8:30 that I was very surprised. They weren't very graceful about it either. I ended up going somewhere else. This location doesn't have a drive-thru and seems to be one of the older stores that Starbucks has. A revamping seems in order.

I watched the barista start my vente vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a cup 3/4 full of ice. Then she added the coffee and cream. She did not use the cup lines or follow the process. Yet she and her coworker insisted she had. I am not coming here again until I am convinced they are honestly creating my drink and it is worth the almost 6 dollars I am paying. This is not the first time this has happened. It is, however, going to be the last.

Quiet and pleasant place, ☕ delicious coffee, plenty of space for relaxation and work.
This is pretty much the worst Starbucks location in all of Reston/Herndon and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. The hours are terrible because they close at ridiculously early hours but sometimes that’s for the better so I can go to another Starbucks where the employees are more polite. I’ve had mediocre experiences at this Starbucks for the past 15-20 years.

Our drinks are seldom made correctly. Is there a whipped cream shortage? I checked the defaults on my app, the problem is not on my end. This is like the fourth time that our various drinks were not made the way that they were advertised. I order the drinks, my husband brings them home and my kid and I gripe until something else distracts us. Please let me clog my arteries with fatty dairy products.

I am very disappointed with the service here today. I ordered expresso and they did not replace the coffee bean when they redo my expresso the second time. They used the old coffee bean where they mistakenly made at my first order. They think that I don’t know that, I normally order this type of coffee and it should be the darkest color of expresso, not too light shown in the picture as a evidence. This kid destroys the Starbucks brand.

I love hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee or (real) tea person so pretty much the only hot beverage I'll order out is hot chocolate. This Starbucks, specifically, has the best hot chocolate of any other Starbucks I've been to, in and out of the area. I always thought "the barista follows the recipe, you get the same hot chocolate," nope! This place is my all-time favorite, over restaurants and other cafes too.The staff is also fantastic. They are delightful, very nice, and always greet you with a smile. Veeeery occasionally an order is messed up (during peak times), but they'll fix it right away without a second thought. As they get to know the regulars, they know roughly what they're coming in for and the drinks are made quicker, and it's corny sounding but definitely made with love .@chocosnoblikon
