I went there and ordered a footlong. They over toasted the bread, I could clearly see the bread had burned spot on multiple places. I requested if they can replace it but the server denied. I walked out without food. Pathetic customer service.

Disgusting place, not worth a penny of your money! Lazy staff, miniscule portions per sandwich, no fresh ingredients, sauces likely from last year or older. cutting a bread, put 2 grams of chicken and toppings, put in microwave 1 minute - that is not a standard for a sandwich place like Subway!

SANDRA IS THE WORST PERSON TO SERVE YOU !

She’s rude, lazy and arrogant. Her customer service skills are horrible. The last thing she cares about is the customer that walks in. I work in the corporate next door, I had an online order for a 6 inch. It was paid, it was from the right branch and it was taken out of my account. However, she still refused to give me my order. I showed her my phone and she saw everything and still refused to give me my sandwich.

Instead of trying to fix my issue, she’d leave the lobby and walk to the back and completely ignore us.

Worst customer service ever!

Been here twice. Same lady made me wait several minutes while she is done cleaning up, taking the trash out, etc. instead of taking the orders. I have never seen such rude staff at any other Subway locations. Had to walk out both times because of the same staff.

Bad experience. Super slow service, and grumpy staff. Even the sandwiches were ok, they put 2 pieces of cucumber and the similar with the other veggies! Everything was not well.

Location closes at 10 but I walked in at 9:49PM and was only getting one simple sub.. nothing extra.. I walked in was basically yelled at saying “we’re closed, we’re closed” and I said I was only getting 1 thing and that the location doesn’t close until 10. I understand it was close to closing time and I didn’t like being that person.. but they still had all of their ingredients out. One of the employees rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk poorly about me in her language to another customer… not realizing I could understand some of what she was saying. Terrible experience.

Costumer service is not great. I placed an order online, and called right away after placing the order to inform them I cant pick up my order and need to cancel. After calling multiple times no one picked up. I need a refund I called before the sandwich could have been prepared.

I ordered curb side pickup to wait 15 minutes in my car. I called multiple times with no one picking up the phone. I ended up just walking in and picking up my order with it being stone cold. Terrible experience.

Ordered a GrubHub order from this location, rather than the Village at Dulles location I am More familiar with. The Worldgate location was closer. I ordered a Titan turkey sub which is supposed to be 33% more turkey. I paid additional to have more turkey added. the sub barely had any turkey on it, which was very disappointing. Will stick with the Village at Dulles location, where I have never had an issue with an order.
