I ordered curb side pickup to wait 15 minutes in my car. I called multiple times with no one picking up the phone. I ended up just walking in and picking up my order with it being stone cold. Terrible experience.

Ordered a GrubHub order from this location, rather than the Village at Dulles location I am More familiar with. The Worldgate location was closer. I ordered a Titan turkey sub which is supposed to be 33% more turkey. I paid additional to have more turkey added. the sub barely had any turkey on it, which was very disappointing. Will stick with the Village at Dulles location, where I have never had an issue with an order.

Due to their recent change in staff and management, the portion size, quality and quantity is top notch. They were courteous enough to provide me sriracha sauce on side during my meal. This explains how important customers are for them, I am highly impressed.

Came out from the Dulles International Airport. Wanted a quick dinner on our way to hotel. Made a mobile order for two subs. The store located in the Worldgate Centre. The parking was easy. There were many indoor seatings and three tables outside. Our subs were not on the PickUp shelves, but at the checkout. Two steak-and-cheese were warm and well prepared as expected.

I told the lady no sauces... and she continues to grab a dirty knife, full of what looked like mayo and sauce... wipe it off INSIDE my sandwitch, and cut it in half.. When I complained about it, she didn't care and continued to wrap my sandwitch. Total incompetence.

I got two foot longs and I asked the sandwich maker to put hot sauce in one half and none in the other half but she charged me $4 for it. I did not look at the receipt because I had to pick up my kids from school and I was in a rush and after I got Home I saw it. After that I tried calling them but they picked up the phone and after I told them what happened they said that they don’t know and hung up and I tried calling them 7-8 times.

July 22, 2023 @ approx 12:30pm -Employee literally skipped over us in the line and when we called her out on it she started acting like she didn’t know any English. Her and her co-worker could not for the life of them understand why this would be frustrating and teetering on low-key discrimination. Of course I get people make mistakes, but just say sorry and help us with our order then! Easy fix. Instead, she chose to try to manipulate and gaslight the situation. Such a bizarre interaction!This Subway location has employed passive aggressive and unhelpful individuals since at least 2019. Half the time I go there there are some kinds of issues like this. The General Manager and District Manager should be held accountable for these training issues.
