Very badly prepared..bread was torn in all 3 subs which we got for takeaway. Also not enough stuffing and it was not packed neatly.

Subway seriously needs to step up its customer service game. No wonder they’re struggling, given the lack of attention to service. Maybe the reason behind my bad experience today is because they don’t pay their staff well. The guy working here today seemed really off—he looked super depressed, had a bad attitude, and didn’t seem interested in selling, which came across as rude. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same thing with him. He didn’t even offer sauce before wrapping the sandwich, and when I asked for it, he gave me a stare like he was about to throw the sandwich at me! What was that about? Also, can we please label the sauce bottles? Not everyone’s a Subway sauce expert! On top of that, he didn’t even notice I grabbed chips and didn’t charge for them until I asked. This place is a mess! Definitely not coming back.

The ladies working here do NOT care about the customers food nor do they make the customer orders properly. I have ordered 3 times from here and never again. Every single time they messed up my order by not adding something I PAID for and went home to find out they didn’t even add it or they switched the order around with two different sandwiches. Also I asked for them a specific flavor of chips that I ordered online and they lied to my face saying they do not have it when I clearly saw the open boxes with those chips in the back it was a very clear view. Never ever in my life have I had such terrible experience from subway. The owner of the store has these ladies just scamming customers since they also skimp out on portions and even if I pay for double chicken they don’t add it. Missing out on adding the right ingredients and sauces. Terrible experience never wasting my money here and you shouldn’t either!

The unkept heavy set woman in the back who was eating infront of customerseating insuniated to the cashier that I had taken chips and a drink without payment. It was already inconvenience that you only do the bogo50 online. I paid for a meal deal. The cashier tells me "it doesn't come with chips and a drink" without even checking the receipt. Racial profiling is just wrong, and don't assume people don't understand when you speak in spanish. This whole ordeal was unprofessional. The cashier did apologize but please reprimand your staff.

It’s_Me

So I often get a salad from SW. Today I go in and realize the lettuce looks 3 days old. The base for a salad is? I ask the ladies if they have fresh lettuce. They reply “ no, that’s it” with an I don’t care attitude. Horrible service!!!! And disgusting old ingredients . I’m beyond disappointed!!!!

The staff here are very rude and off putting. There was no one in there when I went in, yet the staff were very unwelcoming and rushed me out. I felt like I was interrupting them by ordering my food…Pro-spicy

Food like every other Subway. They do accept coupons which is a plus. Service is fast.

Parking: Parking lot is a bit much to get in an out of so keep your head on a swivel.

Zulma was very nice to work with and she fixed our problem that we had with the sub sandwich we ordered. However, the other girl that works there whose name I think is katie is not very nice. Made it seem like she was doing me a favor to correct the order they messed up.
