someone was talking about a knife found in their sub when I stepped in. Left home with my order and found a knife in the sub. Went back and asked the lady at the counter about it, she argued she packed the sub right in front of me. Asked if she’s implying I’ve put the knife she said sorry and she didn’t mean it. Is this the way subway works? Who’s the owner here? I will take this up with subway HR

I sure hope this reaches customer service, this order was not up to expectation. THE SUBS are Half empty - both sub sandwiches, no meat or vegetables for half the sub - both ends, both subs?
It lacked content, not enjoyable and over priced even with the discount 699FL code?

They serve two undercooked veggie patty subs and in turn bark and say they they can’t refund because I came back a day later. If my sub was genuinely made right, I don’t think I would return to the store with a sub and half in the first place but not everyone in the world are born with common sense.

I stopped in to get a Gatorade during a long run when I was 4 miles away from home. I was feeling dehydrated and the woman behind the counter was so nice and friendly. It made my day to encounter such a welcoming employee, even though I was covered in sweat.

Food was okay at the very best. If you're of Hispanic descent you get more meat and a better made sub as the two guys in front of me got much bigger cheese steaks. Not clean in the dining area at all. If you're Hispanic you're favored here. I'll never return ever...Yo hablo Español tambien. Very rude employee to think nobody who's white speaks fluent Spanish! Stay away!
