Good quality and high price.
This is so far one of the three best Sushi house I have had (compared to the one I had in Lexington and the Zen Sushi at my home – see my other reviews). We ordered Kama (18), three rolls (18-20 per roll), regular sashimi (38ish), and a teriyaki beef (24ish, for my son only). The kama is lightly roasted in a very appropriate way. The skin is crunchy and the meat is very tender. Three rolls are all amazing (the best), Dragon, Umi, and Worldgate. The rice is good and thin but it is not loose, tightly accommodating all kinds of delicious staff like eel, salmon, etc. the source is sooooo good. My son also reported the teriyaki beef with rice is well made. The only complaint is the price. Compared to a similar quality I have had in other places, this places is in a higher end of price. We spent 140 (tips not included) for these dishes.
Right next to hotel I stayed, this place is a have to try.
Had excellent service and great sushi can't ask for than that
Cool place! Parking was a mess, but great vibes and food inside!
Excellent sushi, Very very friendly work staff the shrimp tempura roll is excellent!
I always enjoy my experience here (including food) but I always feel like I am being rushed out.
The food tasted fine, and the sake flight was really good. My friend and I went home with upset stomachs. My other friend got home and had diarrhea. She had uni, takoyaki, and the 007 roll. I didn’t think the sushi was what upset my stomach but after hearing from my friend I think maybe it was the sushi. Wouldn’t go back again due to this, but might’ve just been unlicky.
Everything is pretty good
The toro served with the Taste of Umi box was a generous cut. I could tell is was fatty and a great selection. However, it was too cold to taste the details of its flavor, and had a slight icy bite to it.
Otherwise the lunch omakase had a great selection of both raw and cooked food. The salmon with the light citrus cream was particularly excellent. Will likely try the Salmon Lovers Sushi lunch on my next return.

A group of us decided to check this place out after hearing great reviews, and overall, we were pretty happy with the experience. The sushi was amazing, and the service was solid. I’d definitely recommend it! The only downside was that the portable table light was a bit dusty, which made me wonder about the overall cleanliness. Plus, the lighting was super dim, so it was hard to tell. Still, we had a good time!
