Although my order was originally messed up and I was missing two items, when I called in to complain I was met with kindness and great customer service. The manager was so sweet and remade not only the two items I was missing, but the whole entire order for free (mind you it was a large order consisting of food for my whole entire family)… I told them they didn’t have to do all that but they insisted as it was “the least” they could do. He was amazing and him and his team solved the issue with grace.

Usually I'm a fan of this location. This time I ordered ahead at 4:40 for a 5:30 pickup. I retrieved my food and took it home. Everything was cold and the hard taco shells all stuck to the paper and peeled open like soft shells. I checked the order slip and it was prepared at 4:47... When I got there initially, nobody was there to get me my order. Eventually they came out and got my order from behind the counter (prepared almost an hour ago). Very disappointed as they were not busy.
Don’t go to this location. We ordered Mexican pizza and potato fiesta and both didn’t taste fresh. They had and taste and I could smell the oil and an old taste. Never experienced in other locations!!!

Gave me a combo. Went inside. They made me pay for the burrito seperate. Said they'd give me the tacos "free," still paying more than the price of the box.
THEY FORGOT THE TACOS. Never order over the intercom.
Foods usually good, but it always takes forever, often soggy. And often incorrect.
I'll give them one more shot. Next time they mess up an order will be the last time i come to this location.

Rude staff. The lady started yelling that they are closed and for me to use the drive thru even though the door to the restaurant was open and people inside. Close the door first and then say you’re closed and please try to be a little respectful with the customers. Yelling isn’t customer service. If you’re very unhappy with the work. Get another job.

ordered on the app and the workers kinda acted like I'd walked just in with a notepad saying "Taco Bell" on it cause I wasn't picking up a DoorDash order and actually just bought food for myself lol, anyways I got the new Cheez-It Crunchwrap and it was good definitely not crunchy at all but good and Cheez-It flavored
