This Taco Bell is one of the better ones. I’ve only had a mistake in my order once and they immediately fixed it without question. Ordering through their app is even easier.
Vegetarian options: They have a black bean vegetarian section of the menu that is pretty good.
Parking: The lot is partly one way, but plenty of space
The manager of this store took care of the issue caused by the Taco Bell application and he was extremely nice to work with.

Tried to charge me 9.99 for a $7 box. Literally says $7 on their menu. Sleezy lady clerk probably would have asked for cash since she's lying and scamming.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and stopped. No one said anything. After a while I said hello. A voice answered asking if it could take my order. I ordered something to drink and said that was it. Silence. So, I asked if I should pull up. Yes I was told. At the window, I was handed my drink with no napkin. After I paid, my card was handed back to me, and the window was closed. The attendant walked away. No thank you, and no receipt. She didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt, which I actually did. I sat there for about 15 seconds, and no one returned to the window. I started to blow my horn, but instead I will just watch to make sure I'm charged correctly, and NEVER come back to this establishment.

Bad customer service. Missed items on delivery of our order in takeout. Upon return, no apologies and grim face service. I would never visit this location again.
This Store is number one in this are. The staff is highly knowledeable and helpful. Aldo grey are vert friendly and albayalde go above and beyond. The elderly man who i think is the Store manager is awesome. He is very friendly patient and helpful. I see that he is very popular amongst all the customers, who Serna to love him back and very local to this Store in Herndon area!! Well always be here for food day and night. Thanks taco Bell and regir Team @ Herndon !!

Asked for Supreme tacos with a chicken instead of beef. Wasnt informed that chicken substitute for beef would cost me extra. Only found out after the payment. Tacos were not nice. Got Pepsi too. It had a bad chemical aftertaste. These guys do not ask what or if sauce I need. They do not provide paper napkins in the to go bag nor ask about it.

Today Wednesday June 5th 2024 at 9:27 Pm the Doors to enter the store were closed, I walked through the drive through I was denied to place the order. I went back nocking at the door after I saw 3 employees inside but they refused to open saying we are closed?????
