The workers who work in the evening hours are constantly delaying orders because they try to complete one order with five people and are constantly chatting amongst themselves. Something needs to be done to prevent this.

customer service can be tough work but the attendants at this taco bell make it look easy. everyone i interacted with was so friendly right off the bat and they got our entire order out with speed and accuracy, even after i added to my order at the window. great service ☺️🫶🏽

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On May 26 at 12:30 am, I ordered a loaded beef nachos. While I have been a loyal customer of yours for some time, the portion size I received was significantly smaller than what I would expect, particularly considering the size of the container it was served in. This discrepancy created a negative and unsatisfactory dining experience.
Given my history as a regular customer, I was surprised and frankly, disheartened by the apparent inconsistency in portion sizes. I value your establishment and its reputation but, based on this experience, I will unfortunately be unable to continue frequenting your restaurant until this matter is addressed.
I hope you will consider my feedback constructively and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.
