Great food and a good price. We had chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala with a side of garlic naan and butter naan with mango to drink. It was all wonderful and tasted amazing. We ate in the restaurant, which seemed confusing since the sign on the door said the food was served by the Tava fry to-go (maybe that is why the service was a little slow).Overall, I will go back as the food was great!

So there’s like 4 or 5 Indian restaurants in the Clocktower Shopping Center. I’m working my way through them.Tava Fry is a take out place, but man, it smells amazing. I did not grow up eating Indian food, and the owner or cashier (I’m pretty sure it was the owner) helped me find something to get. I got the butter chicken with naan and rice. It was amazing, although, I don’t think I like the flavor of basmati rice. But the butter chicken sauce was so good I ended up using a slice of my own bread to finish soaking it up.

Ordered their Nalli Gosht with Bagara Rice along with Lasuni Tikka & Fish Fry for the New Year event. The food is so delicious which took me back to Hyderabad days.. I didn't find the Fish fry, Nalli Gosht & Bagara Rice in their menu so didn't know how would it taste. But they didn't let our expectations down.

One of the top halal restaurants in Herndon! Very friendly service and a nice environment with welcoming vibes for all! The quality of the food is high. I love Goat Dum Biryani(Proper Hyderabadi Style), Gobi Manchurian, Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka, and great drinks like Mango Lassi, Limca, and Thums Up. Finally, their pastry as dessert. A great place to get Indian food.They are open from 12 pm to 11 pm. Highly recommended!!

This place used to be our favourite.All of the food items including chaat, biryani etc were insanly good specially the panner tikka biryani( one of the best in the town)But now the management has changed. And the food now is so normal and the taste is just like any other small restaurants around.No idea on why places change management and deteriorate quality specially when existing place was so good.Tawa fry Ashburn is heavens now when compared to herndon.

It was late, I was exhausted from traveling. I arrived a few min past closing and they offered to make me something to eat. I can't tell you how pleasant that was after 18hrs of traveling, to be welcomed like that. And... the food was amazing! Highly recommend.

The vada pav was horrible, the coating was too thick fried multiple times. The bread was drenched in butter which made the whole thing extremely greasy. I'm used to the vada pav not being like the real mumbai vada pav but this one was just not good food quality and made me sick.

This place showcases how food can be not served to a person. Every dish I go back to them for has been destroyed at new levels. Yes this is yellow haldi cream with kofta and paneer. I have no idea what dishes these are. Pakoda are destroyed too. Waste of money. Ashburn Place please teach your herndon chef or shut down your restaurant here.
Food is good. Tried their Paneer Kurma, Paneer masala and it was great. As it is open till 10:45pm it is a good option for dinner, if you craving for desi food

Never ordering food again from here. I ordered this food at night and got missing naan the food was cold. The quantity is so less and the location was just 5 mints but don’t know why the food was cold. But disappointed me may be because of uber it arrived late not sure but the naan was missing. The paneer is 18.00 but didn’t tasted like the quantity you can see! bad experience! May be they were in rush but still should be responsible to pay attention on written instructions.

If you are sane, you would not eat or order here. I ordered a tandoori fish and navratan khorma. Tandoori fish was raw inside and burnt outside whereas navratan khorma was stale smelling bad. I dont think they even deserve a one star.
