Let me start by saying Worst Management. I was charged 22$ for a biryani saying its 1+1 offer. Biryani taste was not upto the mark. Do You really think people are stupid ? Its not a 1+1 offer when you are charging the price of two biryanis. I asked to talk to manager they say nobody is available. Never coming back again to this dump ever.

Sloppy and does not pay attention to detail. You'll see why the place is empty if you go in there most of the time. Forget items that you order and you get home and find out things are missing. Place is not well-maintained. Food was mediocre at best. Many more battery restaurants.

Went for Dine-In on Father’s Day Jun19th… ordered chicken biryani which was served cold after 30 minutes wait. Doesn’t look or taste fresh. Gongura chicken biryani is also not so good. only best part was Garlic Chili Naan. I would not recommend Tez.

I have ordered multiple times from this restaurant earlier, and the order used to be a hit or a miss( chef change, restaurant closed etc.) Once I ordered lunch on grubhub the restaurant did not reach back inspite of being closed and did not cancel the order too. I went there to pick up and the restaurant was closed and no one answering calls, there was another person in the same boat waiting for grubhub order while the restaurant was closed.Just because I like the taste of few items I ordered again inspite of having bad experience. Last week they canceled my grubhub order stating the chef is on leave and they wont be able to complete my order, I was fine atleast they canceled before I went to their door for pickup.Today I called them before placing the order to confirm they are open and the chef is there, they said yes they are open and chef is present.I placed my order online picked up and came back to see the Naan that I had ordered are mere one triangular piece ( a total of 3 for three naan) and they tasted like the frozen ones that we get in Grocery store. I know that this is not how they make naan from my previous orders. I called them and they confirm that they actually served frozen naan. This is something that is not accepted, why one earth will a restaurant sell frozen naan to the customer ? and on calling they say they can make new and give, but why did you even serve the frozen naan in first place. Please do not give any reason this is not accepted when I had called earlier to check if your chef is there and it is okay too order.Pathetic service!!Serving frozen reheated food :(

Really low quality food. They make paneer separately and some fried rice separately, put it togrther in a really dry form and try to serve it as biryani. Some wierd chilly and sour taste to the paneer and rice. Really no heart put into cooking.

The taste is very good but the service is WORST( understatement) and the quantity is average. I went on a dosa night. They force you to eat idli, upma, wada and pongal along with the first dosa (plain dosa only) which I didn't want to eat as I came for dosa night and didn't want to waste as it is food!! And you dont have the option to change or modify the items. This is their trap to fill your stomach after the first serving itself.Then we ordered 2 dosas which came after 20 mins!!! Then we ordered 3 dosas next. The server brought only the dosas without the chutney! I waited for the chutney to arrive which never arrived even after asking multiple times. I waited for 15 - 20 mins!! Finally, as I was finishing my dosas (WITHOUT THE CHUTNEY), the server brought it and when I told him that I have already finished eating my dosa. He asked me to order another dosa to eat with this chutney which obviously i didn't want to!!When i asked for the check, they charged us 15 usd per person which was not accurate from what they said a week ago. When i told the server that their price was 12.99 usd ,he told that they changed it 2 months ago. Which obviously was not correct as they told me that it is 12.99 usd a week ago!!Next, they have halal sign on the front door. I called them and asked if they have a certificate for halal meat, they said yes. After reaching the restaurant, when i asked about it they did not have it . The receptionist told me that they have it inside and will get it and show it to me which never happened. So, basically I am not sure if they really have it. Why would a restaurant keep their halal certificate inside?They also have items on the menu they dont serve yet so check with them before going there.It doesn't end here!! I also tried ordering online. They close at 1 AM in the night and ran out of mutton biryani at 8 PM!! And replaced it with bone-in chicken biryaani without informing/asking me. When I called them to change it to boneless chicken biryaani they said ran ran out of that as well. Then I asked them to change it to fried rice, then they said that the chef is not available. Really? At 8 PM?? When they close at 1 AM!! I mean come on!! When the chicken biryani arrived, the chicken quality was very bad. The meat was all pink on the inside. Looked like the chicken was not fresh at all!!!I lost trust in them and I am not going to return to this restaurant ever again!!!Now, I understood why their rating is so bad online!! The service!! I would have given negative rating if possible!!

Ordered veg biryani around 11 pm when I went for pick up they said they only have goat or chicken biryani. I drive for 40 minutes to get there and they don’t have any veg items. When I said I called on store number and ordered the guy said he doesn’t know the number of the store. This happened multiple times. Bad customer service. They don’t care about customer.I was in planning for giving a party order. But not going there neither referring any one.

Such a stupid restaurant I have ever seen. They keep every item online and if you place order late night. After that they end up saying only biryani. And even the food tastes worse and I don't know why do they run the business without proper taste of food and proper smell. I'm going to raise a complaint.

The chapati was like more than $4 and they were old and cold. Very bad I'm not gonna go there next time and suggest my all friends and family not to go there!!!!???? I wish if I knew about their service before just wastage of money ❌❌❌❌❌❌

Very tasty food.. wide range of Indian food varieties.. their Tandoori Wings are amazing! Good staff. They have a full bar so that's another plus.The portion size is little less compared to the price and the ambience is little dull but overall a nice indo-american restro-bar.

I went to dine in and sat at one of the bar stools and orders the goat sukha (which was over priced for it's portion) and the TEZ 65 and when I got it it's was BRIGHT red telling me they used to much food dye and the chicken was really chewy and had not flavor it almost made me stick and on top of that I ordered a medium goat briyani and when I got it it's was clearly microwaved because the bowl was piping hot while the goat or should I say goat bones were cold and there was SO MUCH MASALA stuck to it in cold clumps and when I tried to give them one more chance and send it back they brought me the SAME goat bone briyani and the server/cashier seemed like he didn't know what he was doings That's not even the worst part I couldn't stand the bad food, and customer service so I go to pay at the bar with cash but her had to go get the key from the back to open the register and while he was my eye's were wondering the floor and I see the most GROTESQUE thing ever a mouse alive in a trap right by the dance floor/bar i'm NEVER coming here again and I encourage you to be careful eating here.
