TGI Friday’s has long claimed to be a go-to casual dining spot, but after my recent visit, it’s clear the only thing they’re serving with consistency is mediocrity.
I ordered the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, hoping for at least a modest kick of flavor. What I received was a bland, uninspired pile of noodles coated in something that only loosely resembled Alfredo sauce. There was no hint of Cajun spice—no depth, no seasoning, no soul. The sauce was so flavorless it made me question whether dairy was even involved in its creation. I've had Great Value jarred Alfredo with more character. That's not an exaggeration—it's a damning comparison.
As for the breadstick that came with the meal, it was equally forgettable: dense, flavorless, and suspiciously reminiscent of warmed-over cardboard. Garlic? Butter? Anything? Nope. Just another missed opportunity to salvage something—anything—from the plate.
But the food was only half the disaster. For the last 30 minutes of my meal, a young boy—maybe 11 or 12—was loudly yelling and screaming at the bar area while accompanying an adult. It was disruptive enough that multiple diners exchanged uncomfortable glances. Kids will be kids, sure, but when a restaurant does nothing to maintain a reasonable dining environment, it speaks volumes about the staff’s attentiveness and management's standards. The adult did nothing to correct the behavior, and more frustratingly, the employees also did absolutely nothing. The din from that table made an already disappointing meal feel downright unbearable.
In short, this visit to TGI Friday’s was a complete waste of time and money. Bland food and a chaotic atmosphere. Disappointed.
I came in the day before the food was good. Next day, I came in I was surprised, becuase the food definitely didn't taste or look like what i had before. I told the manager and of course he looked at me and spoke to me like I was the issue. Definitely disappointed in the consistency and quality of the food, even the customer service. Disappointed. 😮💨

Has gone downhill over the years. Last visit was 8/7. Was not a pleasant one. Took a little bit for the waiter to come over to us. Once he did we order our food and was a small order but took a while once we got our food it was the wrong order let them know did not even apologize or anything waited even longer and finally came out. We asked for the check 10 times for 3 different employees after over 30 mins of waiting we decided to go the host stand and asked to pay because our waiter did not check on us or bring the check they had us come to the back to pay and we still waited another 10-15 there as well. No one apologized or acknowledged the error on the food or wait time. Manager came over to help waiter with the check and he did not even acknowledge us or asked how everything went. Unfriendly staff and manager. Use to be our go to spot but not anymore. Disappointing.

Came in just to order an appetizer.. traditional wings to go, when i opened the box I noticed there was only flats no drumsticks and no celery which i do recall they always provide in the order with wings. No napkins were given and the ranch sauce tasted like a bottle of cheap ranch from the super market.. very disappointing.. we were hungry so we ate most of it, wish there had been celery can’t go wrong with that..

Service was prompt and the waitress was friendly but that’s all that was good. Tables and booths were sticky. They brought us the wrong flavor of wings. Gave my wife rice instead of fries and forgot my pickles on my sandwich. Chicken sandwich is crispy but has no flavor at all same for the chicken tenders. Mac and cheese was decent and so were the potato skins. Don’t waste your time or money
I used to come TGI Fridays once a while! I was surprised there is a change going on this place that needs to be reviewed and spread the word. New things to be mentioned live DJ and cleaner. Good environment for family to dine with good service! Wish them all the luck 🍀

Isaac, our server was by FAR one of the kindest and BEST servers I’ve ever had; that also includes 5 star restaurants in the DC Metro area. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the food was served in a timely manner. Kudos and cheers to Isaac!! And to also the Manager-Raul for running a great ship at this TGI Fridays. If all TGI Fridays were run this way, I would still have the one I used to have close at home :’(.
