This location STOLE my rewards points! I ordered mozzarella sticks, and Fridays shrimp. I was charged for TWO ENTREES. WHY? I don’t know. Ol boy was too busy paying attention to his regulars and not caring as much about me. But what makes it worse is I keep trying to contact Fridays about my points being added back and they REFUSE TO RESPOND. Fridays must be going through bankruptcy again or something because they are lacking the customer service budget. So now, this location gets 1 star.
