I simply called to get the lady to do me a favor because they’re right beside mom’s organic.
She spoke ENGLISH JUST FINE. But when I asked I asked if she could please do me a favor to go next door to moms and ask for the manager to pick the line because I every time I call, ZOE answers and hang up. After I’ve already waited like 20 or more minutes So I figured I could call next door store to get help.
Today is May 30th at 7:04PM WHOEVER THIS LADY IS WHY DO YALL ACT LIKE YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH TO GET OUT OF SOMETHING. It’s ashamed yall always want help but never can help anyone
I ask for help and I said please- you never know how you could be tested by GOD always remember that.

Restaurant hours are not as listed on the door. The open hour listed was 10am I walked in and the servers tell me food won’t be served until 10:30 am because the grill needs to warm up. Meanwhile, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:55 AM and I saw workers rushing in. In my opinion if you’re opening hours of a restaurant or 10 AM workers should be there between 9 AM to 930 to have the grill hot so that when customers walk in at 10 AM, they’re ready to serve.

Phew what can I say. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt based on the reviews but I see why it’s so low now. The food was complete feo! Nasty not fresh was definitely pre packaged ehhhhh. You can’t do that with veggies they get soggy! Looks like it was in the freezer then melted. I ordered simple things since it was my first time and still was definitely pre cooked then warmed back up. If you want some good food go to PAPUSA EXPRESS ON ELDEN. THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY FOOD THERE, MADE TO ORDER PLUS INEXPENSIVE. Yeah Gloria THIS IS NOT IT. IDK WHAT POSSESSED YOU TO GET A RESTAURANT. WE LITERALLY TRIED PICKING AT THE FOOD THEN HAD TO TOSS IT. IT JUST WASNT GOOD. COME ON, even the rice was nasty. Like the pre cooked bag of rice from the store. You could’ve just made fresh white rice from the rice cooker if that was the case. Not ever again!

I have a problem with this place, the service is very bad, there is no friendliness, and to top it off they charge you 8.6% on the sale when in Herdon it is 5.3% and they charge you 15% tips, they have to change with respect to This is because the client has the final say in whether or not to leave tips. This depends on the good service, attitude and quality of the food. The positive thing about the place is that the food is very good and they make it quite quickly.

Yesterday I ordered a grilled brisket and I think it was poorly cooked because it gave me a stomach ache and I vomited. I went to the emergency room. And they told me that what I had eaten had a bacteria they should be more careful when preparing the food

The service is terrible, those who serve are very rude, the food is super bad, don't go to that restaurant, I waited for my food for almost an hour, I didn't even have orders and they are talking and laughing in the kitchen, there are like 10 women and they don't do anything, I ask the owner. Oh manager, see that because they disconnect the phone so they don't call you and give you more orders.

I called six times to order my food to go and nobody answered. When I arrived to the restaurant I told the lady with blue/green eyes that I called and she looked at me and say “I don’t answer when I am busy”. I just don’t understand her attitude specially when 6 customers are sitting here. I used to love this restaurant but no anymore because you always have to wait for a longer period. I hope the owner sees my review and make sure this place gets a better customer service plus expedite the food.

They said it was from the cow ? okay, then I ordered another soup to take away, they gave me half of the soup, two hairs came out, the waitress was annoying, one face doesn't want to work, I know that a job is hard. If they don't have clients, there's no work, there's no pay, that's what I have to do to not go to eat there anymore ?
