My wife and I love Indian food. We go to a place, try it, and decide whether to come back. Well, we have a new favorite. Lunch last week at TriState was sublime. We had a biryani, and I still cannot quite find the words to describe the rice. It was tender and a tiny bit chewy, in a great way. It was steamy but light and fluffy. The meat was perfect and mixed through the dish. So, yes, we will return. I have my eye on daal makhani, that spicy buttery bean and lentils dish. Can't wait to try their version. Our friend had peppery chicken--so good! Suggest you go with friends and share so you can try more stuff at the table.

Incredible lamb and Nana in the resturant and reheated at home. I've never had such tender lamb curry.
They hold the spice(heat) back, but the flavors are so good you don't notice.
There are vegan and vegetarian options available.
