I ordered online and picked up from this location for the first time. The man working there was very rude. I ordered a bowl and chips. I only saw the bowl and did not see the chips, which were supposed to be in a separate bag. When I asked about it, he responded very rudely and angrily. I paid for the items; they were not free. Management really needs to train staff on how to treat customers. I will never come back to this branch again.

Very few times I actually go somewhere and never take a picture. I drank the green Avoclada smoothie, had the Thai chicken salad with a jerk chicken wrap. This place is pretty big on the inside with lot of seating. This was early in the morning around 8:30 am. I was surprised at this place was open but they service was pretty fast and efficient. I did not like the jerk chicken wrap but the Thai salad and the smoothie made up for the score. The jerk Chicken wrap just did not taste like jerk chicken at all 😭

By far the absolute cleanest Tropical Smoothie Cafe we’ve been to on the East Coast. We’ve been coming for 5 years now and our kids love it! They always get our orders right and the staff is so friendly.

Just caught the worst case of food poisoning from this location trying their chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. Started off feeling nausea after 20-30 minutes after eating the meal. About 6 hours later when I returned home, I have explosive watery diarrhea. Took a shower, walked to my room and started vomitting all over the place. I liked this location but something isn’t right.

giving it 5 stars on the food and service mainly due to fact that ingredients always seem to be so fresh. giving it a 4 overall due to its price. if you want a healthy fresh option of pick me ups and energy juices this place is banging.

The lettuce bowl was bad it was old and had alot of the crunchy parts. The cheese was melted on the rice ? they had 3 people in line but was making orders instead of taking orders for people 20 min later got my food with 5 people staffed/ working. I got my food quicker with only 1 person staffed in other locations.

Their quality and attention to detail is dwindling FAST.

Imagine hating tomatoes on your food and getting the wrong order, tomatoes included.

I order here a lot and have been noticing their overall quality going down.
